* 行业处理客户投诉的技巧课件神经内科医疗质量及管理规范神经疾病病情观察及能力培养社区老年痴呆的全科诊疗身边的侵害和保护少先队礼仪文化知识培训 进展期胃癌发病部位及介入治疗的疗效分析 目的 研究进展期胃癌的介入治疗及其疗效。材料与方法 对212例进展期胃癌进行介入治疗。对贲门癌经胃左动脉和左膈下动脉或脾动脉进行化疗灌注和胃左动脉栓塞；对胃体小弯侧癌经胃左、右动脉或肝总动脉，对胃大弯侧癌经胃十二指肠动脉、胃网膜右动脉或脾动脉化疗灌注；对胃窦癌经胃十二指肠动脉或对胃网膜右动脉中段栓塞后进行化疗药物灌注。对胃癌复发和残胃癌经腹腔干和肠系膜上动脉化疗灌注。结果 对未手术可随访的193例胃癌的疗效为贲门癌CR+PR53.13%，胃体癌CR+PR 44.44%，胃窦癌CR+PR 10%,胃癌复发和残胃癌CR+PR 0 。贲门癌与胃体癌有效率相比（P0.25），二者无差异。贲门癌与胃窦癌相比（P0.05）及胃体癌与胃窦癌相比（P0.05），有显著差异性。介入治疗后手术切除者术后1年生存率81%，2年56%。结论 胃癌在胃组织的发病部位不同，其疗效也不同，贲门癌和胃体癌的疗效较好，胃窦癌及胃癌复发和残胃癌疗效较差。 [关键词] 胃癌 动脉灌注 化疗栓塞 疗效 The Analyses of Interventional Efficacy for Advanced Gastric Cancer ZHU Ming-de, ZHANG Zi-jing HAO Gang, ,et al. Materials and Methods 212 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with arterial perfusion and arterial embolization. Patients with gastric cardia cancer were done through the left gastric artery and the left inferior phrenic artery or splenic artery; cancers of lesser gastric curvature through the left and right gastric arteries or common hepatic artery; cancers of greater gastric curvature through gastroduoden artery, right gastroomental artery or splenic artery; gastric antrum cancers were perfused through gastroduoden artery or after the midpiece embolization of right gastroomental artery. Results 193 cases without operation were followed up. The CR+PR of gastric cardia cancer was 53.13%; gastric body cancer 44.44%; gastric antrum cancer 10%; recurrent cancer and remnant gastric cancer 0. There was no significant difference between gastric cardia cancer and gastric body cancer (p0.05) while there were significant differences both between gastric cardia cancer and gastric antrum cancer and between gastric body cancer and gastric antrum cancer (p0.05).
