万方数据万方数据中文摘要随着我国对能源发展的重视，海洋石油行业也走上了快速发展的道路，海洋石油开发 工程建设项目的数量也在急剧增加。YC 油田开发工程项目就是其中之一。笔者全面参加 了该项目的进度控制工作，期望通过对该项目进行研究，分析其中进度控制工作的优缺点， 能够对今后类似的项目进度控制工作起到扬长避短的效果。本文以业主的角度出发，对 YC 油田开发工程项目的建设过程进行研究，深入分析其 中的施工过程和关键节点进度控制，通过关键路径法识别重要工作和风险，运用 PDCA 循 环控制理论对施工过程研究剖析，主要取得的成果有：一、研究本项目实施成功的关键方 法，利用了里程碑法、甘特图法等；二、分析在项目实施中，对影响项目进度控制的关键 过程，提出了一些可行性建议。本文的创新点在于探讨了如何让业主方以更合适的方法参 与项目实施，开展进度控制，文中也因而提出了联合项目组的概念，是对类似海洋石油开 发工程项目进度管理研究的一种有益探索和补充。本文结构上从整体分析到局部，分阶段 抽取重点施工环节再细化研究，最终完成对该项目的分析研究。关键词：海洋石油，进度管理，PDCA 循环IABSTRACTAt the construction process of offshore oil development, the face of high-risk, high investment, high-tech challenges, the use of international standards and advanced project management models and specifications on construction projects to successfully achieve a good control of the development progress of the project.
