PURPOSE 目的 This procedure guides to prepare contingency plans to satisfy customer requirements in the event of an emergency such as Utility Interruptions, Labour shortages, Key equipment failure and field returns. 本程序的方针是为满足客户需要应制定预案，当发生紧急情况时如资源中断、劳动力短缺、关键设备故障、批量召回。2. RESPONSIBILITIES 职责2.1. The plant manager is responsible to create and maintain this procedure, and coordinate the related departments to carry out the actions. 工厂经理负责制定和维护本程序，并协调各部门予以执行。2.2.
