AbstAbstractIIIIIIAbstractOverseas Chinese Education has always been an important part of overseas Chinese affairs, which is also a hot research issue of scholars at home and abroad. After 100 years’ experience of Chinese education, Philippines has made some achievements in Chinese education, and faces new historical opportunity. Changes of Chinese status and transformation of Chinese caused the decline of Chinese education, which in sharp contrast to the rise of Chinas comprehensive national strength, the changes of international environment and the improvement of Chinese status. Facing the decline of Chinese education, many Chinese schools have been reformed the teaching management model and enhanced cooperation with China. They hire Chinese volunteer teachers, reform teaching methods and improve the treatment of Chinese teachers that caused new wave of transformation of teaching management of Chinese education. This article taking a Chinese school that is drastically reforming teaching management as an example. The author elaborates the history and the present situation of the school, analyzes its Chinese teaching management model, summaries its achievements and indicates the development trend of Chinese education. The innovation of this paper lies in the following two points. Firstly, From a macro point of view, there are lots of articles that about Philippine Chinese Education Management, but there is almost no article that taking Iloilo Scholastic Academy as a case study. Secondly, the author studies the problems from a macropoint of view according to her management knowledge.
