摘 要随着科技的进步和经济全球化的发展趋势,人力资源是全球的战略性资源,也是现代企业实 现其战略目标的最关键因素,而激励是人力资源管理的重要内容,是现代企业管理的精髓。一个 企业是否有一套科学有效的激励机制将直接决定着企业人才战略的成败,从而影响企业的生存和 持续发展。以春兰制鞋公司为首的制鞋业是我市六大民营经济板块之一,目前正处于大发展的时 期,创业激情浓、氛围好、热情高。尽管春兰制鞋有限公司在生产、管理、销售等方面几趋成熟, 但是受多种因素影响,特别是人力资源方面的影响,制约了其进一步发展壮大。本文就春兰制鞋 有限公司的激励机制进行研究和探索。首先,阐述了春兰制鞋有限公司建立激励机制的背景和意 义,介绍了研究的思路、框架及基本方法;其次,综述了有关基本激励理论及国内外研究现状; 然后分析了春兰制鞋公司现有员工激励机制存在的问题及成因,并根据公司实际情况,从岗位激 励、绩效考评激励、薪酬激励、福利激励、员工培训、员工发展、企业文化等方面制定了新的激 励机制方案;最后对方案的实施和效果作了展望。希望春兰制鞋公司通过制定员工激励机制,提 高公司管理水平,树立企业龙头示范带动作用,促进我市制鞋业快速健康发展。关键词:春兰制鞋公司,员工激励机制,构建AbstractWith the advancement of technology and the development trend of economic globalization, human resources are strategic resources for modern enterprises, but also the most critical factor for enterprise development, and incentives are an important part of human resources is the essence of modern business management.
