IIII摘要0-3 岁婴儿早期教养的重要性己成为世界共识。在我国，0-3 岁早期教养也被提上议事日程，作为终身教育体系的重要开端，农村 0-3 岁婴儿家庭教养质量研究是其重要的组成部分。本研究以甘肃省秦安县农村 192 位 0-3 岁婴儿和婴儿 带养人为研究对象。用问卷调查、访谈和观察等方法对婴儿家庭教养的现状进行 了调查，分析了其中存在的问题和原因，提出改进甘肃省农村 0-3 岁婴儿家庭教 养的对策。调查发现存在有：孕期检查和分娩存在安全隐患；婴儿辅食添加和婴儿日常 生活照料存在不足；家长对婴儿早期教育的认识存在偏差，教育方法有待改进； 婴儿父母对自身在家庭教养中的角色认识有误。问题的主要原因是：农村经济落后，许多父母面临亲自抚育孩子和挣钱养家 的两难抉择； 0-3 岁婴儿教管机构、卫生保健机构和村委会或社区组织之间的协 调互动存在问题；陈旧的文化观念和落后的甚至是错误的养育观念的影响依然存 在；婴儿主要抚养人，特别是母亲的孕育知识欠缺；家庭结构和隔代教养的影响。针对问题及其原因，本研究提出：发展农村的经济、强化政府在提升农村婴 儿家庭教养水平中的作用、建立和完善社区早教服务、加强科学的婴儿教养观念 的宣传和加强对婴儿家庭教养的指导五方面建议。关键词：0-3 岁婴儿，家庭教养，婴儿教育， 家庭教育 PAGE PAGE IVABSTRACTThe rural 0-3 year old infant family upbringing quality research belongs to life education. The research takes the Gansu Province Qinan County countryside 192 0-3 year-old infants as the object of study. Using questionnaires, interviews and observation methods of investigating the status of the family upbringing in rural. The thesis analyzed the question which the family upbringing exists, the reasons and the countermeasure.The problems found in the investigation are as following: The mother gestation period inspection and the childbirth have the security danger. The infant feeds and infant daily life care existence insufficiency. The guardian has the mistakes to the baby early time education understanding. The education method of the infant education needs to improve. Parents can not properly understand their own role in family education.The reasons are: Rural economy backwardness causes the baby parents face to two problems, one is making money, and the other is children’s upbringing. There are problems among correctional services, health care institutions and village or community organizations. There still exist the wrong ideas on infant upbringing.
