摘要本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、访谈法、数理统计法等 研究方法，从定性与定量两方面对赣州市区学前体育教育进行了广泛的探讨。 以了解赣州市学前体育教育的现状、存在的问题、影响学前体育教育发展的因 素，并再此基础上，为赣州市幼儿体育教育的发展提出对策性建议。研究结果表明： 1、赣州市区幼儿体育教育现状具有以下几个方面的特点：1）赣州市区幼儿园教师队伍的年龄结构呈现出年轻化的趋势，教师队伍男 女比例严重不协调。赣州市区幼儿园教师基本上是以中专幼教专业为主，而本 科及本科以上的高学历教师为数甚少。2）赣州市区幼儿园体育场地、器材严重不达标，不能满足幼儿进行体育活 动的需要。3）赣州市区学前体育教学目标比较明确，学前体育教育主要以体育游戏的 形式来开展，活动量比较小，不能达到要求；赣州市区学前体育教育教材缺乏； 大部分幼儿园没有对幼儿体质和体育学习进行评价，不能正确的指导教学。2、影响赣州市区学前体育教育的原因主要有： 政府职能部门问题；财力因素；幼儿活动场地和设施不足；教师，尤其是专业教师资源匮乏，家长对学前体育的误解和不认同等。 本文在对研究现状进行客观分析的基础上对赣州市学前体育教育的发展提出如下建议：1）完善学前教育管理体制机制，加大教育行政部门及有关部门依法对幼儿 园教育实行督导和管理的力度。2）幼儿园应通过多种渠道、多种形式筹措资金，加快场地器材和设施建设。 在资金使用方面设立购置体育器材和建设体育活动场地的专项资金。3）加强幼儿师资队伍建设，完善的对教师体育方面再培训体系。4）借助电视、报刊、互联网等新闻媒体的力量来播发幼儿体育活动的资料 和信息，进一步加大宣传力度。提高家长对幼儿参与体育锻炼的认识。关键词：体育教育；幼儿园；现状；发展；赣州市区ABSTRACTIn this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, logic method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of Ganzhou urban preschool physical education was widely discussed.
