Moreover, China is ranking No.1 in the world for the yields of photovoltaic industry. Meanwhile some problems occurred,e.g. environmental pollution, unbalance of industrial chain, lack of core technology, etc. The economic future is a low-carbon economy, the future of the competition is the competition of low-carbon industries. Therefore, photovoltaic industry should introduce the operation of the closed-loop supply chain. As a key means of achieving photovoltaic enterprises to implement closed-loop chain, supplier selection, production bottlenecks, evaluation of green degree are the primarily factors to decide whether to implement the closed-loop supply chain. And it also play an important role in improving the utilization of the production, reducing production costs and so on . Now the photovoltaic industry are in the most difficult time ever. How to improve the efficiency and the competitiveness become an urgent problem.This thesis, based on the viewpoint of low-carbon, analyze and evaluationconnotation ,bottlenecks, green degrees of closed-loop supply chain in PV companies in Jiangxi Province. First, base on the domestic and international literature review to understand what the actually photovoltaic industry is. Second, the paper analysis of supplier selection in photovoltaic enterprises, and classify by rough set(RS). Then according to the level of the comprehensive evaluation to select the most suitable suppliers. Application the interpretative structural mode(ISM) to solve the bottlenecks in PV companies. According to information of listed companies, evaluating the green competitiveness, and be a green competitiveness evaluation index system by Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).
