河北工业大学硕士学位论文AN EMPERICAL STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATEPERFORMANCE IN THE PROCESS OF INTERNATIONALIZATION—BASED ON THE CASES OF MNCS IN CHINAAbstractWith Chinas accession to WTO and economic globalization intensifies, Multinational corporations and their subsidiaries play an increasingly important role in the global economy and human resource management issues are also attract more and more attention in the process of enterprise internationalization.The success of any international strategy cannot live without proper way of human resource management, and the human resource management-oriented choice of successful transnational corporations mainly depends on whether it could support the implementation of its international strategy preferably. Aiming at 100 multinational companies in China, this paper adopts the Hierarchical Regression analysis and makes an empirical study on human resource management and corporate performance in a Strategic International Human Resource Management (SIHRM) framework, taking the influences that human resource management activities as well as the degree of internationalization on corporate performance as main research issues, it builds up a Hierarchical Regression model to test the relationship between human resource management activities of multinational corporations and corporate performance.Based on the investigation of 100 multinational corporations in China, this research shows that the degree of internationalization, enterprise human resource management system and the degree of integration of human resource management and strategy have significant impact on performance according to regression analysis, but the extent of impact are different.This paper discovers that the degree of internationalization of multinational corporation has the highest impact on performance, and the degree of integration of human resource management and corporate strategy takes second place, the human resource man
