The relationship of Self-body Image、 personality traits and family environment in college student Abstract Body image as a part of the physical self (FengqiuYan, 2005), the natural development of individual self-concept is essential. The body image is the part of individual self-consciousness in the first germination is an important foundation for part of the self-concept (Xitinghuang, Xiangzeng, 2000). In the process of socialization, the awareness and emotion of the individual will always change, thereby affecting the self-concept. And researches are the relationship of physical self or body image and self-esteem, eating disorders, social interaction ,but other factors affecting body image and impact mechanism very plaque lack. The self-body image is gradually taking shape step and thus to affect the students’ mental health status. This study selected 536 students from four universities in Shenyang City, as the questionnaire survey to investigate the family environment, personality and body image of college students.From family environment to investigate the relationship between personality traits and body image, with emphasis on explore the family environment from the perspective of impact factors of body image, personality factors on body image of college students, as a starting point, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference on Mental Health Education.The results as follows: 1.
