城乡居民医疗保险制度整合探究 　　【摘要】目的：对城乡居民医疗保险制度现状进行分析，为城乡居民医疗保险制度整合提供方法论依据。方法：采用规范研究方法和调查研究法，对城乡居民医疗保险制度现状进行调研，针对性的提出整合对策。结果：近年来医疗保险在我国得到广泛普及，虽然有部分地区得以顺利开展，但大部分地区仍存在一定的问题，如管理制度混乱、医疗资源配置不均匀等问题。这些问题使整体管理制度混乱，整合不公平，严重时甚至影响社会的稳定以及制度的可持续性。 结论：充分认识城乡居民医疗保险制度的管理制度，并发现存在的不足之处，注意城乡资金和资源的合理分配，并逐步实现制度的平稳过度，才可最大程度减轻医院的就医压力，实现城乡居民医疗保险制度的有机整合。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 城乡居民；医疗保险制度；整合探究 　　Research on the Integration of Medical Insurance System of Urban and Rural Residents 　　HanJiaqin（Yaan Peoples Hospital 625000） 　　Abstract Objective： To analyze the current situation of urban and rural residents medical insurance system， and to provide a methodological basis for the integration of urban and rural residents medical insurance system.
