优质护理服务对妊娠期高血压综合征患者生活质量 　　[摘要] 目的 研究妊娠期高血压综合征患者实施优质护理服务模式对孕妇的生活质量及母婴结局的影响。 方法 选择我院2013年5月～2015年5月间诊治的320例患有妊娠期高血压综合征的患者，根据护理方式不同将其分为两组，对照组160例患者实施传统护理服务，观察组160例患者在常规服务的基础上实施优质护理服务，比较两组产妇的生活质量以及对母婴结局产生的影响。 结果 观察组患者的躯体功能（38.3±3.8）分、社会功能（37.7±4.0）分、心理功能（37.6±3.6）分以及物质生活状态（28.3±3.3）分，对照组分别为（33.8±3.7）分、（35.2±3.2）分、（32.7±3.5）分、（25.7±3.6）分，观察组均优于对照组，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 优质护理服务模式；妊娠期高血压综合征；生活质量；母婴结局；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）20-0133-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of quality of life with maternal and neonatal outcomes of gestational hypertension implement measures of nursing quality care for pregnant women. Methods Selected the diagnosis and treatment of 320 cases of patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015， according to the different ways of care they were divided into two groups， the implementation of traditional nursing selected 160 patients in the control group， and 160 patients in the observation group selected basis for the implementation of the comprehensive routine nursing care interventions， the quality of life and the impact on maternal and child maternal outcomes were compared between the two groups.
