浅析实施现代结核病控制策略对结核病治疗工作效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨实施现代结核病控制策略（DOTS）对结核病治疗效果的影响。方法 分析该市2011年1月―2016年12月疾控中心卫生科上报的中国结核病控制、治疗季度报表，依照要求实施DOTS策略，并在此项目中进行技术质控和?O督检查，探讨DOTS策略对结核病治疗工作效果的影响。结果 2011年初诊患者就诊率为87.87/10万，2016年初的就诊率为191.93/10万，即呈现明显升高趋势；2011年肺结核患者的新登记率为56.38/10万，到2016年升高为60.13/10万；之后对患者实施治疗工作，2011年涂阳患者的治愈率为87.89%，到2016年提升为95.47%；综合医院报告患者到位率2012年为49.15%，到2016年升高为73.11%。结论 对于肺结核患者来说，实施现代结核病控制策略可有效提升疾病发现率和治愈率，有利于归口管理工作的顺利进行，起到有效控制结核病的作用。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 肺结核；治疗管理；现代结核病控制策略；效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（b）-0054-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discussion the effect of implementation of control strategies of modern tuberculosis on the treatment work of tuberculosis. Methods The tuberculosis control in China and treatment season report from Disease Control Health Department from January 2011 to December 2016 were analyzed and the DOTS strategies were implemented according to the requirements， and the project was for technical quality control and supervision examination， and the effect of DOTS strategies on the tuberculosis treatment was studied. Results The first-visit diagnosis rate in 2011 and in 2016 was 87.87/100 thousand and 191.93/100 thousand， showing an obviously increasing trend， and the new registration rate of patients with tuberculosis in 2011 and in 2016 was 56.38/100 thousand and 60.13/100 thousand， and the cure rate of Tuyang patients in 2011 and 2016 was respectively 87.89% and 95.47%， and the in place rate of reported patients in the comprehensive hospital increased from 49.15% in 2012 to 73.11% in 2016.
