单切口双入路法与后外侧入路法在全髋关节置换翻修术中比较研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨单切口双入路法与后外侧入路法在全髋关节置换翻修术中效果。 方法 将本院2011年3月～2013年10月收治的46例全髋关节翻修患者随机分为两组，分别采用单切口双入路全髋关节翻修手术及后外侧入路手术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、手术切口长度、手术出血量，并对患者术前、术后3个月、术后半年进行Harris髋关节评分和WOMAC评分评估髋关节功能。 结果 46例患者均成功完成手术，两组患者的手术切口长度、手术出血量、术前Harris髋关节评分、术前WOMAC评分差异无统计学意义；两组手术时间、术后3个月及术后半年Harris髋关节评分及WOMAC评分差异有统计学意义。 结论 在髋关节置换术后翻修的手术治疗中，单切口双入路手术技法术中视野显露更清楚，能有效清除髋关节周围的瘢痕挛缩组织，有利于术后髋关节生物力学平衡，对患者髋部功能的恢复有极大帮助。 　　[关键词] 髋关节置换；翻修；手术入路 　　[中图分类号] R684 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0050-03 　　Comparative study of single-incision double-approach method and posterolateral approach method in revision surgery after total hip arthroplasty 　　WANG Zhe CUI Bo CHENG Jing-chun ZHU Rui-wu 　　Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital of Liaoning Province，Fushun 113008，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of single-incision double-approach method and posterolateral approach method in revision surgery after total hip arthroplasty.
