慢性牙周炎治疗前后龈沟液及血清中IL―1β、IL―6表达水平 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.9.63 　　摘 要 目的：检测慢性牙周炎治疗前后龈沟液和血清中的IL-1β、IL-6的表达水平，探讨IL-1β、IL-6在慢性牙周炎发病机制中的作用。方法：收治慢性牙周炎患者36例，采用酶联免疫法检测GCF及血清中IL-1β、IL-6含量。结果：慢性牙周炎患者GCF与血清中IL-1β、IL-6含量相近（均P0.05）；疗前患者GCF、血清中IL-1β、IL-6含量高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P0.05）。结论：IL-1β、IL-6含量变化与慢性牙周炎的发生发展有密切的关系，牙周基础治疗及盐酸米诺环素治疗对GCF和血清中IL-1β、IL-6的表达水平有明显影响。因此研究这些细胞因子的水平对于了解患者治疗情况有着积极的意义。 　　关键词 慢性牙周炎 IL-1β IL-6 　　The expression level of IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration before and after treatment of chronic periodontitis 　　Ji Yanping1，Su Jun2，Chen Xuejun1 　　Chinese medicine hospital in Handan City， Hebei Province，0560011 　　Handan County hospital，Hebei Province2 　　Abstract Objective：To detect the expression level of IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration before and after treatment of chronic periodontitis，to discuss the role of IL-1β，IL-6 in the pathogenesis ofchronic periodontitis.Methods：To admit 36 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis from January 2010 to January 2012，using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration.Results：IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration were similar in patients with chronic periodontitis（P0.05）.Before treatment，IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration of patients were higher than that in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is a close relationship between IL-1β，IL-6 content change with the occurrence and development of chronic periodontitis，periodontal basic therapy and minocycline hydrochloride have an obvious effect on the expression level of IL-1β、IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid and serum concentration.So to study the levels of these cytokines for understanding the patient treatment has a positive meanin. 　　Key words Chronic periodontitis；IL-1β；IL-6 　　慢性牙周炎是侵犯牙龈和牙周组织的慢性炎性反应，是口腔疾病中最常见的一种。其发病机制较为复杂，我们检测了36例慢性牙周炎患者治疗前后龈沟液
