浅谈环境现场监测中质量控制 　　摘要：环境监测工作是环境保护工作的重要组成部分，是环境保护的基础工作。环境监测的质量保证是指整个环境监测过程的全面质量管理，它包含了保证环境监测数据正确可靠的全部活动和措施。现场监测工作是环境保护工作的前沿，现场监测所得到的样品、数据等是评判排放口污染物排放强度、治污设施处理效果、环境质量等的第一手资料。因此，现场监测工作的质量就显得尤为关键。本文首先分析了影响环境监测结果的现场要素，然后归纳了目前环境现场监测中存在的质量问题，最后重点从四方面探讨了环境现场监测中质量控制的措施。 　　关键词：环境监测；现场监测；监测点；采样；质量控制 　　Abstract: the environmental monitoring work is an important part of environmental protection work, is the foundation work of environmental protection. The environmental monitoring quality assurance refers to the total quality management of the whole process of environmental monitoring, it contains the guarantee of environmental monitoring data accurate and reliable all activities and measures. Field monitoring work is at the forefront of environmental protection work, samples, data, and so on are obtained by field monitoring to judge the eliminator pollutants emissions intensity, anti-pollution facilities firsthand information treatment effect, environmental quality, etc. As a result, the field monitoring the quality of the work is particularly critical. At first, this paper analyzes the environmental factors of monitoring results of the scene, and then summarizes the current existing in the environmental field monitoring of quality problems, finally discusses mainly from four aspects in the scene of the environmental monitoring quality control measures. 　　Key words: environmental monitoring; Field monitoring; Monitoring; Sampling; The quality control. 　　中图分类号：文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104(2013) 　　影响环境监测结果的现场要素 　　 （一）人员 　　现场监测人员与实验室分析人员必须经过培训，持证上岗。采样前应确定采样负责人，制定采样计划并组织实施。 　　 （二）设备 　　依法对仪器与设备进行检定或校准，并在合格有效期内使用；定期对仪器与设备进行维护保养、期间核查；每台仪器与设备由责任人负责日常管理，监督仪器与设备的规范性操作，保证仪器与设备处于完好状态，在监测时运行正常。未按规定检定或校准的仪器与设备不得使用。 　　 （三）实验材料 　　根据监测方法要求使用合格的实验材料。不定期对样品容器的洁净度进行抽检，要求待测项目未检出。 　　 （四）监测方法 　　根据监测项目的要求选择实验室具备监测能力的监测方法。优先选择国家标准方法或行业推荐方法。 　　 （五）样品 　　为保证从样品采集到测定这段时间间隔内，样品待测组分不产生任何变异或使发生的变化控制在最小程度，在样品保存、运输等各个环节都必须严格遵守有关规定，并针对样品的不同情况实施保护措施。 　　二、目前环境现场监测中存在的质量问题 　　 （一）环境现场监测的制度建设滞后 　　当前我国的环境监测和环
