老年心力衰竭患者临床特征分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨老年患者心力衰竭的临床特征。方法：选择2014年1月-2016年12月扬州市江都人民医院心内科治疗80例老年心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，分析临床资料，观察临床特征、治疗及预后。结果：诱发因素包括呼吸道感染18例（22.50%），快速性心律失常12例（15.00%），血压升高者10例（12.50%），情绪过激6例（7.50%），体力过度劳累4例（5.00%），血容量增加4例（5.00%），诱因不明显者26例（32.50%）。临床首发症状表现典型心功能不全者40例（50.00%），慢支急性发作14例（17.50%），消化道症状10例（12.50%），脑缺血症状者6例（7.50%），无症状10例（12.50%）。并发症包括心律失常42例（52.50%），高尿酸血症32例（40.00%），贫血者24例（30.00%）。预后显效40例（50.00%），有效28例（35.00%），无效12例（15.00%），其中死亡4例（5.00%）。结论：老年心力衰竭具有发病率高，诱发因素复杂，症状不典型，并发症多，死亡率高特点，应加强关基础病因治疗，避免诱因，避免心力衰竭的发生。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 心力衰竭； 老年患者； 临床特征 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.23.056 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）23-0110-02 　　Clinical Features of Elderly Patients with Heart Failure/HONG Li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（23）：110-111 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical features of heart failure in elderly patients.Method：From January 2014 to December 2016，in the Department of Cardiology Jiangdu People’s Hospital of Yangzhou，80 cases of senile heart failure patients were selected as the research object，the clinical data was analyzed，clinical characteristics，treatment and prognosis were observed.Result：Predisposing factors included respiratory tract infection 18 cases（22.50%），arrhythmia 12 cases（15.00%），hypertension 10 cases（12.50%），emotional extreme 6 cases（7.50%），physical fatigue 4 cases（5.00%），increased blood volume 4 cases（5.00%），without obvious inducement 26 cases（32.50%）.Typical clinical manifestations of heart failure 40 cases（50.00%）；acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis 14 cases（17.50%）；gastrointestinal symptoms 10 patients（12.50%）；symptoms of cerebral ischemia 6 patients（7.50%）；no symptoms 10 cases（12.50%）.Complications were arrhythmia 42 cases（52.50%），hyperuricemia 32 cases（40.00%），anemia 24 cases（30.00%）.Markedly effective 40 cases（50.00%）；effective 28 cases（35.00%）；no effect 12 cases（15.00%），death 4 cases（5.00%）.Conclusion：The elderly heart failure with high incidence rate，complicated factors，atypical symptoms，many co
