社区失智老人居家照护者照护能力及影响因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解社区失智老人居家照护者照护能力现况，探索其影响因素。方法：于2016年3―5月在上海某社区采用非概率抽样方法选取了80名社区失智老人，应用简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和失智老人居家照护者照护能力调查问卷对他们进行调查。结果：80名社区失智老人居家照护者照护能力平均得分为（22.59±7.14）分，得分率为53.8%，属较低水平；多元回归分析显示，影响照护能力的因素主要包括照护者的文化程度及失智老人失智类型。结论：社区失智老人居家照护者照护能力不足，社区医护人员应根据其文化程度、照护能力及照护对象的疾病类型制定个体化、有针对性的照护技能培训方案，并对居家照护者实施照护技能的培训和护理指导，以提升其照护质量。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关键词 失智症；社区；居家照护者；照护能力 　　中图分类号：R749.1+6 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）18-0007-04 　　Analysis of the care giving competence and the influencing factors of the home caregivers for senile dementia patients in the community 　　GU Lianbin， JIANG Changying 　　（Nanmatou Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 200125， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the current status of the care giving competence of the home caregivers for senile dementia patients in the community to explore the influence factors. Methods： From March to May 2016， non probability sampling method was used to select 80 community elderly people with dementia in a community of Shanghai and they were investigated with MMSE （minimum mental state examination） and care giving competence questionnaire of the home caregivers for senile dementia patients. Results： The average score of care giving competence that the home caregivers for senile dementia patients got was （22.59±7.14）. The scoring rate was 53.8%， which was at a lower level. Multiple regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of care giving competence score were the level of caregivers’ education and types of the dementia. Conclusion： The care giving competence of the home caregivers for senile dementia patients is low. Community doctors and nurses should formulate individualized and targeted skills training programs according to their educational level， ability to care and the types of diseases that they care for. The training and nursing instruction for the home care caregivers were carried out to improve their quality of care. 　　KEY WORDS
