临床护理干预对改良小梁切除术治疗青光眼影响 　　[摘要] 目的 观察临床护理干预对改良小梁切除术治疗青光眼的影响。 方法 本院2012年12月～2013年12月对收治的68例青光眼患者实施改良小梁切除术治疗，按病床奇偶数分为对照组和观察组，每组各34例，观察组患者给予临床护理干预，对照组患者给予常规护理，比较两组患者的依从率、满意率、并发症发生率和住院时间。 结果 观察组患者的依从率、患者满意率、并发症发生率、平均住院时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 给予改良小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者临床护理干预，不仅能提高患者的依从率和满意率，还能降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 临床护理干预；改良小梁切除术；青光眼 　　[中图分类号] R473.77[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（b）-0123-03 　　 　　Effect of modified trabeculectomy for glaucoma with clinical nursing intervention 　　YANG Bang-mei XIE De-quan 　　Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology,People′s Hospital of Yuechang City of Guangdong Province,Yuechang 512200,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe effect of modified trabeculectomy for glaucoma with clinical effects of nursing intervention. Methods 68 cases of patients with glaucoma had implementd modified trabeculectomy in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the beds of odd and even number,each group of 34 cases.The patients were given nursing intervention in the observation group,the control group with routine nursing,then the two groups of patients with compliance rate,satisfaction rate,complication rate and hospitalization time were compared. Results The clinical effect,compliance rate,patient satisfaction rate,the rate of complications,the average hospitalization compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).
