乳腺肿瘤术后护理中个性化护理模式应用评价 　　【摘要】目的 分析和评价外科临床上对乳腺肿瘤患者术后采用个性化护理模式的效果及其意义。方法 回顾性分析我院2011年01月至2014年01月收治的86例采用外科手术方法治疗乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，采用随机数表的方法将所有患者随机分成两组，对照组患者采用临床常规的护理方法进行护理，观察组患者在对照组护理方法的基础上实行个性化护理模式，通过症状自评表（SCL-90）比较两组患者治疗结束后抑郁、焦虑、术后疼痛情况和满意度。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁显著低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）;观察组患者术后总满意度明显优于对照组，差异极显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。结论 人性化护理能有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和减轻患者术后疼痛，通过提供优质护理服务患者和家属的术后治疗满意程度大为提高，人性化护理模式应在护理工作推广应用。 　　关键词：人性化护理、临床护理、效果研究 　　Personalized nursing mode application evaluation of nursing in breast tumor after operation 　　Wang Yan 　　（Sichuan health school in Nanchong， Sichuan Province， 637000） 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical surgery in patients with breast cancer after the use of individualized nursing model effect and its significance. Methods a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of our hospital from 2011 01 to 2014 01 months 86 cases treated by surgical operation method in the treatment of patients with breast cancer， using the method of random number table of all patients were randomly divided into two groups， patients in the control group using routine clinical nursing methods of nursing， the observation group patients in the control group based nursing practice methods of the personalized nursing mode， by symptom checklist （SCL-90） after treatment in two groups were compared after the depression， anxiety， postoperative pain and satisfaction. Results the observation group of patients with anxiety， depression was significantly lower than the patients in the control group， with statistically significant difference （Plt;0.05）; observation group patients after total satisfaction is obviously better than the control group， significant differences， with statistical significance （Plt;0.01）. Conclusion the humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the patients anxiety， depression and reduce postoperative pain， through the provision of high quality nursing service to patients and family members of the postoperative treatment satisfaction
