VEGF和整合素β1亚基在人脑星形细胞瘤中表达及相关性研究 　　【摘要】 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和整合素β1亚基在不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤中的表达,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学Elivsion法检测42例人脑星形细胞瘤标本中VEGF、SP法整合素β1亚基的表达情况。结果 在人脑星形细胞瘤标本中,VEGF和整合素β1亚基阳性染色主要定位于肿瘤细胞和部分血管内皮细胞,VEGF和整合素β1亚基的阳性染色强度随着肿瘤级别的增高而显著增高,高级别组与低级别组之间的阳性表达有显著性差异(P0.05),二者的表达水平呈正相关(P0.01)。结论 VEGF和整合素β1亚基的表达参与人脑星形细胞瘤恶性行为的调控,同时二者在表达上存在相关性作用。 　　【关键词】 　　星形细胞瘤;血管内皮生长因子;整合素β1;免疫组化 　　 　　Study on expression and relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and integrin β1 in the human brain astrocytoma 　　 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and integrin β1 subunit in different pathological grade human brain astrocytoma,and the relationship between them.Methods The expression of VEGF and integrin β1 subunit in 42 cases human brain astrocytoma was detected with Elivsion and SP immunohistochemical technique,respectively.Results In the human brain astrocytoma specimens,VEGF and integrin β1 subunit positive staining was localized mainly in the glioma cells and some in blood vessel endothelial cells.The expression of VEGF and integrin β1 subunit with histological grade were significantly increased.Lowlevel and highlevel group showed a significant difference in expression(P0.05)and there were a certain correlation between the expression ofVEGF and integrin β1 subunit by Speraman correlation analysis(P0.01).Conclusion The expression ofVEGF and integrin β1 subunit in the human brain astrocytoma controls its m alignant behavior and there were a certain correlation between the expression ofVEGF and integrin β1 subunit. 　　【Key words】 　　Astrocytoma;Vascular endothelial growth factor; Integrinβ1;Immunohistochemistry 　　 　　DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn2010.01.38 　　作者单位:454002河南省焦作市人民医院神经外科(冯兵 常文海 张俊杰 姬馨彤 张五中); 　　福建医科大学附一医院神经外科(林志雄) 　　 　　血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和整合素分别作为生长因子和表面黏附分子的一种重要类型,他们之间的相关性研究目前仅有少数报道。我们采用免疫组化法对42例人脑星形细胞瘤石蜡标本中VEGF和整合素β1亚基的表达进行检测,并对二者之间的相关性进行探讨。现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 临床资料 收集福建医科大学附属第一医院神经外科1999~2001年手术切除并经病理检查证实的人脑星形细
