探究杀白清瘀汤治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病合并DIC的临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病并发弥漫性血管内凝血的临床 疗效。方法：将40例患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组20例，给予中药杀白清瘀汤加西 医治疗；对照组20例，予单纯西医治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、各项凝 血指标和血生化部分指标变化情况及毒副作用的出现情况。结果：中西医结合治疗可 以明显的改善患者临床症状，提高患者的生活质量，减轻药物副作用，疗效优于单纯 西药疗组。结论：中西医结合治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病并发弥漫性血管内凝血有确 切的疗效，但由于观察时间短，病例较少，对于生存期及复发率的情况，有待于进一 步的观察研究。 关键词 中西医结合；急性早幼粒细胞白血病；弥漫性血管内凝血 The Research of sha bai qing yu recipe in the Treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation Special：Internal Medicine of Integrated TCM and Western Student：zhou fu xing Tutor：Prof. Tang youjun Abstract Objective ：To investigate the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for acute promyelocytic leukemia patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation clinical efficacy.
