常规体外授精中正常受精率患者的精液参数 王凤英，屈宗银，李玉艳，何 畏，俞炽阳，龙 玲 （第三军医大学西南医院妇产科，重庆 400038） 摘 要：目的 了解常规体外授精（in-vitro fertilization ，IVF）中正常受精率患者处理前后精液的参数范围及其对受精结果的影响。方法 回顾性分析在本生殖医学中心接受常规IVF治疗且获得正常受精及移植胚胎的408个周期的精液参数及其与受精结果的关系。结果 精子密度正常者399人次（ 97.79 %），而活力正常者仅21人次（5.15%）。处理前精液量0.2～8 ml，精子密度3～400×106/ml，活率10%～85%，前向运动精子比率（PMS %）2%～40% ，前向运动精子总数（TPMSC）2～597×106。处理后的精子活率、PMS%及精子总数与处理前精子密度、活率、PMS %以及A+B级精子总数均呈显著的正相关（P均0.05）。处理后的精子活率与受精率明显相关（r=0.132,P =0.008）。结论 常规IVF正常受精者精液参数波动范围大，轻、中度的弱精或少精可能不影响正常受精，但处理后的精子活率可影响受精率。 关键词：常规体外受精；精液参数；精子分离 中图法分类号： 文献标识码：A Semen parameters of patients with normal fertilization rate in conventional IVF-ET cycles WANG Feng-ying QU Zong-yin HE Wei LI Yu-yan YU Chi-yang LONG Ling (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology ,Southwest Hospital ,Third Military Medical University, ChongQing,400038) Abstract: Objective To investigate semen parameters and the effects on fertilization outcomes. Methods Semen parameters and the effect on fertilized outcomes were analyzed from 408 patients with normal fertilisation rates in conventional in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles. Results Among 408 samples, there were 399 samples (about 97.79%) with normal sperm density, and only 21 samples(5.15%) with normal motility. The sperm density was 3～400×106/ml ， motility was 10～85% ，percentage of progressive motile sperm (PMS %) was 2～40% and total progressive motile sperm count (TPMSC) was 2～597×106. The motility , PMS% and total sperm count after sperm separation was positively correlated with the density , motility , PMS% and TPMSC before separation (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the fertilization rate and separated sperm motility （r=0.132,P 0.01） , other parameters have no effect on fertilization rate. Conclusion The range of semen parameters for normal fertilization in conventional IVF is wide , mild and moderate oligoasthenospermia may be have no effect
