ABSTRACTThispaperdevelopsthekeytechnologicalpartsofmechanismandcontrolsystemdesignofmicroinjurysurgicalrobotforprostatecancerusingultrasonicimageguidance.Primarypartsofdesignincludestructuralconfigurationandcontrolsystem.Prototypeisbuiltbasedonsuchdesign.Overallimprovementiscarriedoutwithcalibrationtestandaccuracymeasurementusingthelasertrackingequipment.Researchpresentsinthispapercanbesummarizedasthefollows:Startfromtherequirements,thegeneralstructuraldesignisperformedwithmodulatedidea.Therobotcontainstwoprimaryparts:mechanicalarmandthesupport.Successivedevelopmentandoptimizationareneededtorefinethestructuresuntilfinalmanufacturinglevelisreached.Thislaysthefoundationforprototypeconstruction.Afterwards,controlsystemisdesignedconsideringseveralaspectsincludecontrolprincipleanalysis,requirementanalysis,controllerselection,distributionofmotorandactuator,etc.Controlsystem,alongwiththemechanismdesignisthekeyprimariesfortherobotprototype.Finally,therobotprototypeismanufactured.Themanufacturingincludesanumberofkeymissionssuchascomponentmanufacturing,controlsystemhardwareimplementation,controlcabinetintegration,etc.Meanwhile,accuracytestandcalibrationtestareunfoldedinordertoenhancethesystem’soverallperformance.Theresearchpresentedinthispaperisofsignificanttheoreticalandapplicationvalue.Itpilotsthedesignofrelevantroboticsystems.Theresearchlaysagoodfoundationforfurtherresearch.KEYWORDS：Microinjurysurgicalrobot,mechanismdesign,controlsystemdesign,accuracytest目录第一章绪论..................................................................................................................11.1引言.................................................................................................................11.2课题研究意义和目的.....................................................................................11.3国内外研究现状.............................................................................................31.4本课题主要研究内容.........................................................................
