Abst Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract The grinding wheel is rotating in high speed during the grinding process. Due to the uneven distribution of tissue, geometry defects, installation errors and other reasons, the grinding wheels centroid deviated from rotational center, causing unbalance of grinding wheel. The traditional manual static balancing method has many shortcomings,such as wasting time, low accuracy, bad effects, and do not take the assembly error and the vibration of other elements into consideration. So it cannot meet the requirements of high precision machining. In order to reduce the unbalance of grinding wheel influence on machining accuracy and the life of grinding machine during the grinding process. This paper designs a new type grinding wheel dynamic balancing control system based on ARM. It is by adjusting the position of mass block in balance head to achieve balancing. The system uses a combination of the main controller and the control card to achieve balancing. The control card and the main controller are connected through a card slot. In this paper the hardware of control card is designed. It includes the vibration signal processing circuit, it main purpose is to get the real unbalancing signal accurately. It contains the programmable amplifier circuit design, integrated circuit design, tracking band-pass filter circuit design and so on. We use synchronous Integrated Period Sampling to get the amount of unbalance precisely. The purpose of the design of rotational speed signal process circuit is to measure the speed of grinding wheel accurately. We design the drive control circuit which can control the movement of DC motors smoothly and efficiently, the motors control the eccentric gears to move the specific position to achieve the balance. This paper also designs the software of control system. It consists of the vibration measurement module, speed measurement module, signal processing module, balancing control module and so on.
