附录二：观察表47附录三：家长对幼儿园满意度调查问卷48后记51个人简介52摘要通过开展家长对幼儿园满意度的调查研究，了解幼儿家长对幼儿园的满意情况，对提高幼儿园经营管理和有效地开展家长工作具有重要意义。对实现家园共育，共同促进幼儿发展亦有重要价值。本研究主要运用访谈法、文献法、观察法和问卷法。采用分层取样的方法，随机抽取沈阳市铁西区、大东区、皇姑区、沈河区、和平区、于洪区6个区12所幼儿园，其中公立幼儿园6所，私立幼儿园6所、36个班级。共向幼儿家长发放《幼儿家长对幼儿园满意度调查问卷》720份，回收有效问卷580分，有效回收率为84%。通过研究得出以下结论：1.幼儿家长对幼儿园总体满意度介于满意和非常满意之间。在各个维度中，幼儿家长最满意的是师资力量与服务，其次为园所管理和课程内容与发展；最不满意的是设备设施和家园互动。2.父亲在师资力量与发展和课程内容与发展维度上的满意度高于母亲。3.男性幼儿家长在园所管理维度上满意度高于女性幼儿家长。4.家长家庭月收入越高，在课程内容与发展维度上满意度越低。5.家长受教育程度越高，在课程内容与发展、师资力量与服务和家园互动维度上的满意度越低。6.不同职业的幼儿家长在设备设施和园所管理上存在差异。在设备设施维度上，最不满意的职业为“专业技术人员”，最满意的职业为“农业劳动者”；在园所管理维度上最不满意的职业为“企事业单位工作人员”，最满意的职业为“无业”7.园所性质不同的幼儿家长满意度亦不同。公立幼儿园家长在设备设施和师资力量与服务上满意度高于私立幼儿园家长；私立幼儿园家长在家园互动上满意度高于公立幼儿园家长。8.幼儿园各年级的家长满意度存在差异。在设备设施、课程内容与服务、家园互动维度上和总体满意度上，最满意的是“中班”，其次是“大班”，最不满意的是“小班”。关键词：家长满意度；幼儿家长；幼儿园；家园合作TheResearchofChildParents’SatisfactionwithKindergarteninShenyangAbstractThroughthestudyofparentsofkindergarten’ssatisfaction,andhaveanunderstandofchildparents’satisfactionwhichhasgreatsignificancetoimprovethekindergartenmanagementandconducttheparentsworkeffectively.Eventually,improvethecooperationbetweenparentsandkindergartenandpromoteyoungchildren’sdevelopment.Theresearchmainlyusedinterviews,literature,observationandquestionnaire.Basedontheanalysisofthepastresearch,stratifiedrandomsampleofTiexiDistrict,DadongDistrict,HuangguDistrict,ShenHeDistrict,HepingDistrict,YuhongDistrict6DistrictofShenyangcity,12kindergartens,includingsixpublickindergartens,andsixprivatekindergartens,atotalof36classes,issuedtotheparentsof720parentsofkindergartensatisfactionquestionnaire,580validquestionnaires,arecoveryrateof84%throughthestudyshowsthat:Theparentsofkindergartenoverallsatisfactionbetweensatisfiedandverysatisfiedbetween.Ineachdimension,theparentsoffacultysatisfactionwithservice,followedbythemanagementandcurriculumcontentanddevelopment;mostdissatisfiedwiththeequipmentandfacilitiesandhomesinteraction.Thefatherinthefacultyandthecurriculumcontentanddevelopmentdimensionsishigherthanthemother.Parentsofboy’sinmanage
