THEIMPLEMENTATIONOFSHANGHAIEARTHQUAKEEMERGENCYINTEGRATEDDATABASEANDPLATFORMABSTRACTShanghai,isChinaseconomiccenterandwaslistedasthenationalkeyregionofearthquakemonitoringandPrevention.Shanghaiearthquakeemergencyrescueworkisofgreatsignificance.Theearthquakehasthecharacteristicsofsudden,forecastinguncertaintyanddestructive.Theearthquakeemergencyisacomprehensiveprocessofaninterdisciplinarycollaboration,multiservice,andmultisector.Earthquakeemergencyrescueispaidattentiontobythecountriessufferingfromnaturaldisasters.LiketheUnitedStates,Australia,Japan,Indiaandothercountries.Theyhaveestablishedrichinformation,highlyintegratedplatformfortheemergencydisposal,inordertoimprovetheearthquakeresponsespeedandtheaccuracyofthedynamicevaluationandauxiliarydecision-making.Duringthetenthfive-yearplan,asetofearthquakeemergencycommandsystemhavebeenestablished.Thesystemrunforseveralyears,intheWenchuan,Yushu,Yaanearthquakes,showingtheabuseofisolatedtypesystem:Asingledatasourcemakesinformationoutputnotabundantenough.Standardizedassessmentmodellocalizationisnothighsothattheregionalearthquakedisasterassessmentresultisinaccurate.Otherdisadvantageslikeslowresponse,lackofmacrodisastermonitoringandsoon.Soitisneededtointegratemulti-sourceheterogeneousdataofShanghaiearthquakeandestablishShanghaicomprehensiveearthquakeemergencydatabase.ThatisthefoundationofShanghaiemergencydisposalintegratedplatform,whichwithcharacteristicsofinformationsharing,localization,rapidresponse,macroIIIdisasterreal-timetrackingaswellasunifieddispatchingrescuesite.Paperadoptstheintegrationofheterogeneousdataintegrationandtheearthquakeemergencydisposaltoplatformdesignresearchmethods.Theeffectiveintegrationofseismologicaldataisthebasisofemergencydisposalsystemofcomprehensiveservice.Throughtheanalysisofthecharacteristicsclassification,functionandheterogeneityofseismicdata,theycanbedividedintotwocategories:realtimeobservationdataandstaticbackground,historicaldata,andthenbeintegratedrespectively.Forlargequantities,observationsof
