AbstractSincethefoundingofNewChina,alargenumberofhydraulicandhydro-powerprojectshavebeenconstructed,whichhaveplayedasignificantroleintheconstantandrapiddevelopmentofChineseeconomy.Buttheycomeatthepriceofmassimmigration.Astechnologiesofdesignandconstructionbecomemoremature,technicalproblemsarenolongerthemajorimpedimenttohydraulicandhydro-powerconstructioninChina,whileatthesametime,massimmigrationandresettlementcausedbytheseprojectsandtheimmigrants’recoveryandsustainabledevelopmentofproductionandlivingbringtheimmigrantstotheforegroundinbothhydraulicandhydro-powerconstructionandsociety.Thispapertakesthisasthestartingpointtoinvestigatethereservoirimmigrants’degreesofsatisfactionwithresettlement,whichdirectlyreflectstheeffectofthegovernment’sworkinimmigrantresettlementandthusbestrepresentsthepeople-orientedpolicy.First,onthebasisofliteraturereviewandtheoreticalanalysis,thispaperusesCustomerSatisfactionIndexintheevaluationofreservoirimmigrants’degreesofsatisfactionwithresettlement,andtriestobuildamodelofdegreesofsatisfactionwhichisinaccordancewiththestatusandcharacteristicsofreservoirimmigrants’resettlement.Thismodelextractseachvariablethataffectssatisfaction,collectsdataintheresettlementareasintheformofquestionnaire,andusesSPSSsoftwaretoanalyzeitsvalidityandreliability,whichguaranteesthedata’sscientificrationality.Then,thispaperconstructsthemodelofreservoirimmigrants’degreesofsatisfactionwithresettlementadoptingthestructuralequationmodel,determines6latentvariables–“immigrantexpectation”,“perceivedquality”,“perceivedvalue”,“immigrantsatisfaction”,“governmentimage”,and“immigranttrust”,3intermediatevariables–“livingconditions”,“productionconditions”,and“follow-uppolicysupport”,23measurablevariablesand9correlationalhypotheses,usesAMOSsoftwaretoconductfittinganalysis,verifyingthemodel’srationality.Accordingtostandardizedstructuralrelationshipsbetweenvariables,thispaperanalyzesbothstructuralmodelandmeasurementmodel,calculatesthedegreesofsatisfaction,andarrivesattheresultsofsat
