摘要近几年来，伴随着政府对高等职业教育支持力度的不断加大，我国高等职业教育进入了一个稳定发展的新阶段，其在整个高等教育体系中的地位逐渐提高。高职教育与经济发展之间有着千丝万缕的联系，二者相互作用、相互影响，正确处理二者的关系至关重要。山东省是一个经济和教育大省，处理好高职教育与区域经济发展之间的关系，妥善解决双方在发展中暴露出来的问题，对推动山东省高职教育和经济的发展意义重大。本文以探索山东省高等职业教育与区域经济发展是否协调，以及如何促进二者的协调发展为研究主线。绪论部分介绍了选题的背景和研究意义，明确研究思路、研究内容和方法，并对国内外相关文献进行了梳理；第二章对研究中涉及到的相关概念和理论进行了界定和阐述，为下一步的研究分析奠定理论基础；第三章对山东省的省情和区域经济发展现状进行了分析，同时还对高等职业教育发展所处的政策环境、毕业生就业情况、高职院校数量和专业设置情况进行了分析，此外，描述性地分析了高职教育与区域经济两者之间的互动作用，并以烟台职业学院为例，进一步验证了两者的关系；第四章在现状研究的基础上，通过选取合适指标和构建模型，对山东省高职教育与区域经济的相关性和协调性进行了分析，通过分析得出，山东省高职教育与区域经济发展之间存在显著的线性相关关系，通过对山东省17地市协调性的分析和协调类型的划分，得出了山东省处于高度协调发展状态的地市相对较少，欠发达协调和不协调的地市居多的结论；第五章针对山东高职教育和区域经济发展不协调的状况，结合山东省的实际情况，从加强政府的政策支持、加大教育经费投入和拓宽就业渠道、密切校企合作关系、强化高职院校自身能力建设等方面提出了一些有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。关键词：高等职业教育；区域经济；协调发展AbstractInrecentyears,withthegraduallyincreasingofgovernmentsupportforhighervocationaleducation,highervocationaleducationinChinahasenteredanewstageofstabledevelopment,andgraduallyoccupyapivotalpositioninthewholehighereducationsystem.Thereareinextricablyconnectionsbetweenhighervocationaleducationandeconomicdevelopment,thetwointeractsandinfluenceseachother.Coordinatingtherelationshipofhighervocationaleducationandregionaleconomicdevelopmentiscrucial,notonlycanensurethesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofhighervocationaleducation,butalsocanensuretheeffectiveroleplayedtwopromoteeachother.ShandongProvinceisaneconomicandeducationalprovince,acoordinatedrelationshipandproperlyresolvingexposedproblemsinthedevelopmentareimportanttopromotethedevelopmentofvocationaleducationandeconomicofShandongProvince.ThemainlineofthispaperistoexplorewhetherShandonghighervocationaleducationandregionaleconomicdevelopmentiscoordinatedornot,andtofindoutthewaytopromotethecoordinateddevelopment.Theintroductiondescribesthebackground,significanceofthetopic,researchideas,researchcontentandmethods,andgeneralizestherelatedresearchathomeandabroad.Thesecondchapterdefinestherelatedconceptsandtheoriesofthestudy,layingthetheoreticalfoundationforfurtherresearchandanalysis.Thethirdchapteranaly
