AbstractInacommunicationsystemswitchapplicationsforexample,usedinthedesignofthecommunicationsystemofthetwoSPSTMEMSswitchesandfourSPDTSwitch,theswitchismadeofsiliconsubstrate,processingtechnologycanbeintegratedwithmicroelectronicsother,switchdesignnotonlycanbeusedforthiscommunicationsystem,alsocanbetransplantedtoothercommunicationsystemsisverygood.DerivationandSimulationofmicrowaveequivalentcircuitofMEMSswitchanditsformulabasedon,throughthedesignofmicrowavesimulationsoftwareAnsoftsoftwareHFSSseriesresistiveSPSTswitchandshuntcapacitiveSPSTswitch.DesignandSimulationoftwokindsofswitchistheresultoftheelectromagneticcharacteristicsofgood,shuntcapacitiveswitchwithhighisolationinthefrequencyrangeof20~40GHz,theadvantagesoflowinsertionloss,seriesresistancetypeswitchinthe0~20GHzfrequencyrangeshowedhighisolation,lowinsertionloss.Inthispaper,basedonthedesignofMEMSSPSTswitchonthedesign,fourkindsofsinglepoledoublethrowswitch,onthebasisofSPDTSwitchontheorystudy,bymeansofmicrowavesimulationsoftwareAnsoftHFSSsoftwareonfourkindsofsinglepoledoublethrowswitch,simulationandoptimization,parallelSPDTswitchinthe20~40GHzfrequencyrangethereturnlossandisolationaregreaterthan25dB,andtheinsertionlossislessthanorequalto0.6dB.SeriesSPDTswitchinthe1~20GHzfrequencyband.Thereturnlossandisolationismorethan18dB,theinsertionlossislessthan0.3dB.Theseries-parallelhybridswitchinthefrequencyrangeof20~40GHzreturnlossandisolationarehigherthan20dB,theinsertionlossislessthan0.65dB.ParallelSPDTSwitchhasgoodelectromagneticpropertiesinthe20GHz~40GHband;seriesconnectionSPDTSwitchhasexcellentelectromagneticpropertiesin0~20GHz;series-parallelmixedSPDTSwitchforoutputportsrequiredfrequencyisnotalsohasextensiveapplication.Inthedesignoftheinitial3Dmodel,usingmicrowavesimulationsoftwarewasusedtooptimizethegeometryofeachswitch,bychangingtheswitchinsertionloss,isolation,returnlossistooptimizetheparameters,tomeetthedesignrequirements.Keywords:RFMEMSswitch,Electromechanicalcoupling，SP2T,loss,isolation.....27.....27.....27目录第一
