摘要双离合器自动变速器是一种新型的自动变速器,它既有电控机械式自动变速器所具有的传动效率高、成本低、易于制造等优点,又消除了换挡时要中断动力的缺点,换挡时没有明显的车辆冲击现象,而且缩短了换挡时间,提高了换挡舒适性,保证了车辆具有良好的动力性与换挡品质。另外,由于特定的内部结构和独特功能,使双离合器式自动变速器具有比传统变速器更好的燃油经济性。电控系统是DCT传动系统的关键部分,其性能直接影响汽车换档品质、经济性以及动力性。本文围绕双离合器自动变速器的电子控制单元的硬件设计开发进行了深入的研究。主要研究内容包括:1)在分析了双离合器自动变速器工作原理和结构特点的基础上,确定了DCT电控系统的总体方案,完成了电机和传感器的选型,为电控单元(TCU)的设计开发奠定了基础。2)根据DCT电控系统的结构和控制方式,完成了电控单元主控芯片的选型,制定了电控单元的总体方案。并根据总体设计方案,完成了电控单元内部电路设计和印制电路板设计。3)根据汽车电控系统特殊的工作环境条件和抗干扰性能要求,对电控单元进行了电磁兼容性分析与设计;采用电子设备热设计软件“Flotherm”建立了电控单元的热模型,并对模型进行了求解、分析和优化。4)编写了电子控制单元的底层驱动程序,主要通过JTAG接口以边界扫描的方式对电路进行了调试。关键词:双离合器自动变速器,电控系统,电磁兼容,热设计ABSTRACTDual-ClutchTransmission(DCT)isanewtypeoftransmissions,ithassomeadvantages,whichAMTalsohas,suchashightransmissionefficiency,lowcostandeasytomanufacture;what’smore,itdoesn’thavetobreakthepowertransmissionjustaswhatAMThaspowertodowhenshifting,sothereisnoobviouslydecelerating.ComparedtoAMT,DCTcanshortentheshifttime,improvetheshiftcomfortableness,ensuregoodperformanceandshiftbehavior.Inaddition,withthespecificinnerstructureanduniquefunctions,DCThasabetterfueleconomy.TheelectriccontrolsystemisthekeypartofDCT,whichcandirectlyaffecttheshiftquality,powerperformanceandfueleconomyofautomobile.ThethesismainlyfocusesonthehardwaredevelopmentofelectroniccontrolunitofDCT.1)BasedonthedetailedanalysisandstudyonworkingprincipleandstructuralcharacteristicsofDCT,sensorsandmotorsareselected,andthestructureoftheelectroniccontrolsystemisestablishedasabasisforthedesignofthetransmissioncontrolunit(TCU).2)AccordingtothecontrolrequirementsofelectroniccontrolsystemofDCT,thegeneralsolutionschemeofTCUisputforward.Inthebaseofgeneralsolutionscheme,thecircuitdesignandPCBdesignarefinished.3)Accordingtothespecialworkingconditionsoftheelectriccontrolsystem,electromagneticcompatibilityanalysisanddesignareperformedtoTCU;thethermaldesignsoftwareforelectronicequipments-“Flotherm”isusedtoestablishandsolvethethermalmodelofTCU,analyzeandoptimizethemodel,aswell.4)Thelow-leveldrivingprogramoftheTCUisdeveloped,hardwareistestedth
