摘要2008年爆发了全球金融危机，很多企业因未能承受外部环境所带来的风险纷纷破产倒闭，但是金融危机也并未能给一些企业带来强大的冲击，这些企业依然呈现良好的发展态势，在市场竞争中占据有利地位。不难分析得出，企业内部的强大“抵抗力”是其抵御风险的一个至关重要的方面。只有企业不断完善自身建设才能在金融危机的大背景下抵御风险，持续发展，而内部控制正是合理保证企业目标实现的强有力的手段。内部控制环境是内部控制的基础，它的好坏直接影响内部控制作用的有效发挥。因此，将内部控制环境与公司发展能力结合起来进行研究具有其合理性和必然性，本文认为内部控制环境直接影响公司发展能力的强弱。为了对内部控制环境与公司发展能力有一个全面的了解，本文首先对国内外有关内部控制环境与公司发展能力的文献研究进行了综述，深入理解分析学者已有的研究，发现其中的优点与不足，为本文下面的研究提供研究点；理论分析部分阐述了有关内部控制环境与公司发展能力的基本理论，为后文的研究做理论铺垫；本文的解释变量和被解释变量均为指标体系，从而能较全面的概括和反映所要研究的对象，在实证分析部分对被解释变量进行了因子分析，提取对发展能力解释强的因子，接下来对各变量进行了描述性统计，多元回归部分将被解释变量、解释变量及控制变量联系起来，用实证结果说明它们的相关关系。最后根据实证研究的结果给出了本文的研究结论并针对发现的问题提出了政策建议。关键词：上市公司内部控制环境公司发展能力AbstractTheglobalfinancialcrisisbrokeoutin2008.Manycompanieswentbankruptbecausetheywereunabletowithstandtherisksarisingfromtheexternalenvironment.Butsomecompaniesstillshowedagoodmomentumofdevelopmentunderthefinancialcrisisandoccupiedafavorablepositioninthemarketcompetition.Itiseasytoseethattheinternalpowerfulresistanceisacriticalaspectforwithstandingrisks.Companiesshouldcontinuouslyimprovetheirself-constructiontoresistrisksforgettingaccesstosustainabledevelopment.Internalcontrolisapowerfulmeanstohelpcompaniesachievebusinessgoals.Internalcontrolenvironmentisthebasisoftheinternalcontrolandcanexertinfluenceontheeffectoftheinternalcontrol.Therefore,itisrationalandnecessarytostudytheinternalenvironmentandcorporatedevelopmentcapabilitiestogether.Thisthesisbelievesthattheinternalenvironmentdirectlyaffectsthecorporatedevelopmentcapabilities.Inordertohaveacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheinternalcontrolenvironmentandthecorporatedevelopmentcapabilities,thisthesisreviewstheliteraturesontheinternalcontrolenvironmentandthecorporatedevelopmentcapabilitiestofindtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesunderthein-depthanalysisonthestudiesofthescholars.Thenthiscanprovidestudypointsforthisthesis;Thetheoreticalsectionexplainsthebasictheoryoftheinternalcontrolenvironmentandthecorporatedevelopmentcapabilities;Theindependentvariablesandthedependentvariablesarebothindexsystemandthiscanreflecttherese
