AbstractAsaoneofmodernsurgicalmethods,thetechnologyofbipolarelectro-surgeryhassuchadvantagesasfasthemostasis,highefficiencyandsmallthermaldamage,andthistechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinlaparoscopicsurgeryandopensurgery.Currently,oversearesearchershavemadealotofhighlightstudiesonthemechanismandprocessingofthebipolarelectro-coagulation.Uptoday,theadvancedbipolarelectro-coagulationsystemsproducedbyforeigncompaniescansealdiametervesselsofmaximum7mmandwithabout2.0-3.5mmthermaldamage.However,theresearchofthebipolarelectriccoagulationsysteminChinahasjuststarted,thethermaldamageofthedomesticgeneratorisgenerallyinthesizeof4-10mm,andthestudyofmechanismforelectro-coagulationisrarelyreported.Inshort,thereisabiggapintheresearchofgeneratorsystembetweendomesticbipolarelectro-coagulationgeneratorandthatofabroad.Therefore,researchonbipolarelectro-coagulationpowersystemsandthetissueeffectofthebipolarelectro-coagulationprocesshaveveryimportantsignificance.Forthatreason,severalkeyfactorswhichinfluencetheeffectofbipolarelectro-coagulation,skineffect,thecharacteristicsofthecellulartemperatureandtemperature-impedancepropertiesofbiologicaltissue,areanalyzedfirstlyinthisdissertation.Itisconsideredthatskineffectaffecttissueelectro-coagulationorder,thecharacteristicsofthecellulartemperatureeffecttheoptimaltemperatureofelectro-coagulation;thepropertiesoftissuetemperature-impedanceinfluencetissueimpedancechangewithtemperature.Byanalyzingthemechanismofbipolarelectro-coagulation,basicparametersoftheresearchpowersystemandthedesignsolutionofthesystemaredetermined.Basedonthedesignparametersandsystemsolutionforthisresearchpolarelectro-coagulationpowersystem,thehardwarecircuitsanditscontrolsystemaredevised.SeriesresonantcircuitandRCDbuffercircuitareadoptedinthemaincircuittoreducethelossesofswitchturnonoroff.Thecurrentcontrolandpowercontrolsystemsaredesignedtoavoidtheoccurrenceoftissuecarbidebycontrollingtheoutputpower.Finally,utilizingthedesignedthepowersystem,thethermaldamageexperimentsofmuscletissuebase
