宁波大学硕士学位论文师范实习生实践性知识发展研究——以小教英语专业为例摘要20世纪80年代以来,随着教师知识领域的研究不断深化,实践性知识作为教师专业发展的主要知识基础和发展的动力已经得到教育学界的广泛认同,以“实践”为取向的教师专业发展成为研究热点。教育实习作为职前教师的实践知识生成和发展的主要途径之一,对职前教师实践性知识的建构具有重要意义。基于这样的背景,本文旨在研究师范实习生的实践性知识的发展,并试图回答以下几个方面的问题:教育实习中师范生的实践性知识发展的内容、过程和特征是怎样的?其发展的影响因素和机制有哪些?本研究以N大学10级小教英语专业师范生为研究对象。在预研究阶段,通过问卷的调查分析,我们发现实习教师通过先前教育经历和理论知识的学习,已经具备某些方面的教师实践性知识,但在人际知识,情境知识和批判反思知识方面相对欠缺。在实习阶段,笔者深入到教学实践现场,收集到了大量鲜活的教育教学事例,进而对教育实习中师范生的实践性知识的动态发展进行了深入剖析和探究。本研究发现,促进师范实习生的教师实践性知识的发展因素主要来自校园文化、人际关系的互动和实习生个人的教育信念三个方面。师范生在教育实习中通过借助教师身份的建构、实践共同体、和教学行动中的反思,从而发展了他们的教师实践性知识,使他们获得了“实践感”。本研究认为,教育实习作为发展职前教师实践性知识的主要路径之一,必须经由师范生个体的参与与内化,才能使教师个体的实践性知识走上自为发展之路,进而促进教师专业能力的可持续性发展。关键词:师范实习生,教师实践性知识,影响因素,特征,机制I师范实习生实践性知识发展研究——以小教英语专业为例AStudyontheDevelopmentofStudentTeachers’PracticalKnowledge——TakingprimaryEnglisheducationasanexampleAbstractSincetheearly1980s,withthedeepresearchofteacherknowledge,practicalknowledgehasbeenwidelyacceptedastheknowledgebaseanddrivingforceofTeacher’sProfessionalDevelopment(TPD)inthefieldofeducation,andthepractice-orientedTPDhasbecometheresearchfocus.The‘practical’orientationofteacher’sdevelopmenthasbecomearesearchhotpot.Teachingpracticum,whichisanimportantsessionforpre-serviceteachereducation,providesachanceforthemtoputthetheoriestheyhavelearnedintorealpractice.Undersuchcontext,thisstudyaimstoexplorethedevelopmentofstudentteachers’practicalknowledgeduringteachingpracticumandtriestoanswerthefollowingquestions:Whatarethecomponentsandcharacteristicsofteacherstudents’PK?Howdoesteacherstudents’PKdevelop?Whatarethefactorsandmechanismthatcaninfluencesuchkindofdevelopment?TheauthortakesstudentteachersofNUniversityastheresearchobject.OurpilotstudyshowsthestudentteachershavealreadygainedsomePKthroughpreviouseducation,butwerestilllackofinterpersonalknowledge,situationalknowledgeandcriticalreflection.Duringteachingpracticum,theauthorjoinedinthestudentteacher’sdailypracticeofteaching,gatheredalargenumberoflivingexamplesofeducation,anddidin-depthresearchandanalysisonthedynamicdevelopmentofPKd
