摘 摘 要 I I 摘 要 当前社会，经济发展日益繁荣，而社会竞争愈发激烈。无论从宏观角度还是微 观角度来看，所有的竞争都可以最终归结为人才的竞争。从宏观来看，不论国家的 治理还是科技的发展都需要高素质的人才；从微观来看，大到一个企业的管理小到 一个商业项目的运作，同样需要高素质的专业人才的参与。高质量的人才是指一个 人高质量综合素质的全面展现。就当前形势来看全社会高素质人才培养的主要集中 在高等教育院校，如何全面、客观、科学地评价高校学生的综合素质成为当前各高 等院校在具体开展素质教育过程中所面临的一个必要的问题就是如何公正、客观、 综合的评价高等院校学生的综合素质。高职院校作为高等院等学校的一部分，同样 面临这个严峻的问题。为此，本文建立了高职学生综合素质评价模型，以期达到客 观有效地评价学生综合素质的目的。 首先对国内外有关学生综合素质评价的相关理论进行了研究，并以此为分析基 础，详细解释了学生综合素质涵义及影响学生综合素质水平的相关因素；再依据以 上相关内容，确定了学生综合素质评价的评价原则，构建了包含两个模块，六个因 素，22 个指标的石家庄市高职学生综合素质评价指标体系。然后根据本文研究的目 的、任务并在充分考虑评价对象的特殊性的前提下，确定了评价的内容、步骤，先 是以调查问卷的方式获得学生综合素质评价指标体系的原始数据，以此数据为基础， 然后运用专家评判法和层次分析法结合使用确定素质指标权重，再通过计算原始数 据，使用模糊综合评价法对学生综合素质指标进行测评，进而对高职学生综合素质 能力的整体状况和各素质模块详细状况进行了客观、全面、详细地分析，找出当前 石家庄市高职学生综合素质存在的优势和不足以及存在的广泛性问题，最后从增加 个人品德修养、提高专业素质和加强校内外训练等三方面提出了相应的对策，同时 还从加强身心锻炼、加强学生实践能力培养、增加学生选修课的范围、增加学校间 交流的机会等四方面提出了建议。 关键词 高职学生；综合素质；评价指标体系；模糊综合评价法；对策建议 河北科 河北科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract In today’s society, economic development is increasingly prosperous and social competition becomes fiercer. All of the competitions can be shown in competition of talents. From a macro point of view，no matter is the state governance or the science and technology development all needs high qualified talents; From a micro point of view, no matter is commercial operation of the project or management of an enterprise, also need professional involved in. High quality talents refer to fully display of a persons comprehensive quality.
