华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract China has achieved great success in the construction of public service system in eco-village. However, compared with developed countries, it still has a long way to go. It is significant to research on the index selection and gradation optimization of public service system for improving the construction level in eco-village. Using Systems Engineering, AHP and Value Engineering, this paper focuses on the index selection, comprehensive evaluation and gradation optimization of public service system in eco-village, explores the construction guideline system of public service system and conducts an empirical study in Yanhe village. The paper includes four aspects of contents. Firstly, it introduces the construction background, development status, and existing problems of public service system in eco-village, comparing the construction status and experiences home and abroad. Secondly, the paper establishes a systematic and replicable index system by studying the main parameters of public service system in eco-village. Then it constructs a construction guideline system and a comprehensive evaluation model. Furthermore, based on the value engineering theory, the paper establishes the gradation optimization model of public service system, proposes the optimization index, calculation method and constructs the optimization scheme. Finally, it carries on a case study in Yanhe village by using the established method to evaluate the comprehensive construction level and optimize the gradation of public service system.
