introduces the tea of Beiyuan correlatively, then emphasizes on the flow of the tea which comes from Beiyuan, through the survey we found that, the tea has played an important role on improving relations between song dynasty and the countries surrounding. Second, This article conduct a study on private tea policy which the song dynasty took on the tea of Jianzhou, through the research we found that, because of variety and excellent quality, unique, and limited production, the song dynasty rulers established special tea policy about the tea of Jianzhou. Throughout the song dynasty, the private tea of Jianzhou was almost Forbidden to take commercial intercourse, most of time it was in the monopolistic condition.
