华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 随着市场竞争的加剧，模具的交货周期、成本、质量要求越来越高，这就对模 具企业的设计制造及管理水平提出了更高的要求。目前，我国汽车覆盖件模具企业 生产过程的管理水平普遍较低，已成为阻碍企业发展的瓶颈。而采购作为企业生产 的关键一环，对改善企业管理水平，降低模具成本起着关键作用。为此，作者针对 采购管理的特点，并结合覆盖件模具生产管理的需求及生产过程中物料的流动，深 入地研究了覆盖件模具企业采购管理的关键技术。 本文通过对覆盖件模具企业的采购管理流程进行分析，总结了覆盖件模具企业 采购管理的特点和存在的问题，并针对这些问题，采用供应链管理和流程改进的思 想，建立了以 BOM 为基础的采购管理模型，给出了全面的信息化解决方案。针对覆 盖件模具企业的需求变更频繁，提出了变更采购分析方法，从而降低了企业采购成 本，增强了采购分析的灵活性。为了能够保证生产的及时性，将采购单入库由原来 的一次入库改为多次入库。为了实现生产的准时性，提出了各流程同步消息的发送 及采购单变更预警机制，从而使各部门能够及时作出反应。最后通过将采购管理与 eMan 系统集成，实现了设计管理，采购管理，加工管理，库存管理的统一。 根据以上的研究成果，采用 J2EE 架构的 B/S 计算模式和多种应用技术，开发了 基于 web 的覆盖件模具企业采购的信息化管理子系统，作为 eMan 采购管理子系统， 在一汽模具成功应用。结果表明，系统显著提高了企业采购管理的效率，减少了采 购成本，使企业的生产管理上升到了一个新的高度。 关键词：覆盖件模具 采购管理 物料清单 供应链管理 J2EE eMan II II Abstract As the competition of market is becoming more and more vehement, the requirements of the production cycle, cost and quality for dies moulds are higher and higher. Consequently, a mould company will be required to have advanced techniques on design, manufacturing and management. At present, Chinas automotive panel die production management level is lower and has become a bottleneck of hindering the development of die enterprises. Purchase management as an important element in a company plays a key role to improve the enterprise management and to reduce the cost of mold. Therfore, according to the management requirement and characterics of die mould enterprise, it is necessary to develop a purchase management system for die mould enterprises. The thesis first analyzes mold purchase management business process on panel die, summed up the purchase management characteristics and problems which is existing in the die mould enterprises. To solve such problems, we use the supply chain management and the ideas of process improvement, establish a BOM-based purchase management model.
