施工企业财务风险控制研究—以LQ公司为例摘要在全球金融危机的背景下，为扩大内需促进经济平稳较快增长，国家确定了基础设施投资计划，到2010年底实现投资4万亿，这对于施工企业是绝好的发展机遇。然而，由于施工企业本身的特点及其内外环境的影响，施工企业的财务风险又是非常大的。施工企业如何采取措施防范和化解财务风险，充分利用当前的发展机遇发展和壮大自己是施工企业必须解决的一个难题。本文从风险及财务风险的涵义谈起，通过分析施工企业的风险及成因，列举了施工企业外部因素形成的财务风险和内部因素形成的财务风险，然后提出了施工企业财务风险的控制和防范措施。第一部分简单介绍了本文的研究意义、研究方法。第二部分阐述国内外的研究现状，这部分对国内外关于风险及财务风险的研究现状以及不同学者的研究结论和观点进行综述，讲述了我了施工企业财务风险的一般特征及防控措施。第三部分通过介绍LQ公司的基本情况，分析施工企业由于外部因素形成的财务风险和内部因素形成的财务风险及其各自的成因。第四部分针对施工企业财务风险的成因，提出了防范和控制财务分析的措施，提出了由外因形成的财务风险以公司总部为中心进行防控，以内因形成的财务风险以项目部为中心进行防控。第五部分以LQ公司为例，构建了以公司总部为中心和以项目部为中心的主、次两级财务风险预警系统，并对选取的财务预警指标进行计算分析，得出LQ公司财务状况良好，发展潜力较大，不存在财务风险的结论，并用LQ公司目前发展的实际情况予以验证。最终得出结论，根据施工企业的特点，从施工企业的角度去寻找该行业的财务风险特征及成因，并构建公司总部和项目部主、次两级财务风险预警系统，从而进行财务风险防控是合理的，同时也是完全可行的，对所有施工企业的财务风险管理有很好借鉴作用。关键词：财务风险控制预警ResearchofConstructionEnterprise’ControlofFinancialRisk-BasedonLQCorporationAbstractInthecontextoftheglobalfinancialcrisis,inordertoexpanddomesticdemandtopromotestableandrapideconomicgrowth,Chinahasformulatedtheinfrastructureinvestmentplanstoinvest4trillionbytheendof2010,whichisexcellentopportunityforconstructionenterprise.However,duetothecharacteristicsoftheconstructionbusinessitselfandtheinfluencefrominternalandexternalenvironmentaround,theconstructioncompanysfinancialriskisverygreat.Itisaproblemforconstructionenterprisesthathowtotakemeasurestopreventanddefusefinancialrisks,makefulluseofthecurrentdevelopmentopportunitiestodevelopandstrengthenthemselves.Startingwiththemeaningofriskandfinancialrisk,byanalyzingtherisksandcausesofconstructionenterprises,theauthorliststhefinancialrisksfrombothexternalfactorsandinternalfactorsforconstructionenterprises,andthenputforwardtheconstructionenterprisesfinancialriskcontrolandpreventivemeasures.Thefirstsectionbrieflydescribesthesignificanceofthisresearch,researchmethodologyandtheproposedinnovations.ThesecondsectiondealswiththestudystatusquoinChinaandabroad.Thispartfocusesontheriskandfinancialriskstudiesdomesticallyandinternationally.Andthedifferentresearchfindingsandviewpointsofscholarsarer
