约瑟夫·施万特纳(JosephSchwantner1943-)，美国作曲家、教育家，其作品具有强烈的戏剧性、隐含的哲理性、色彩斑斓的管弦乐色调。作品主要是为委约而作，其中1978年创作的第一部管弦乐作品《无尽的余音》，获得1979年普利策奖；1977年创作的《群山高耸无尽处》被誉为近十年最重要的管乐队作品之一。这两部作品创作于同一时段，在创作技法上有相似的特征，既是作曲家独特风格的成熟期作品，同时也隐含其后作品的简约风格。本文主要是从音高结构、“音色—音响”这两个技术角度来分析两部作品，共分为三章：第一章简介整体创作背景及音响资源；第二章主要从核心音高结构的设计、贯穿、发展以及横向、纵横音高结构特点分析两部作品；第三章主要阐释“音色—音响”形态特征以及“音色—音响”组织中各因素细致入微的音色处理，形成的色彩斑斓的管弦乐色调；结语部分主要阐释施万特纳独特的创作观念，同时在作品技法观念层面上进行概要、归纳和引申。关键词：施万特纳、《无尽的余音》、《群山高耸无尽处》、音高结构、“音色—音响”IIIAbstractBorninAmerica,JosephSchwantner(1943)isafamousAmericaconductorandeducator.HiscompositionsarefamousfortheirstrongDramaticCharacteristics，inherentphilosophyandcolourfulorchestratimbre.Mostofhisworkswerecommissioned.HisfirstorchestralworksAftertonesofInfinitywonthe1979PulitzerPrizeformusic,in1978.Conductedin1977,AndtheMountainsRisingNowhereishonoredasWindensembleworksforresenttenyears.BothoftheworkswereconductedinthesameperiodandhavethesimilarCharacteristicsofcreativetechniques.TheyarematureworksofJosephSchwantnerwithuniquestyle.Meanwhile,thesimplestyleisimpliedinthemforlatterworks.Inthispaper,pitchstructureandtimbrewithsoundareanalyzedfromtechnicalpointofview.Thedissertationconsistsofthreechapters.Thefirstchapterstudiesonthewholecreationbackgroundandsoundresource.Thesecondchapterstudiesonthedesigninganddevelopingofthecorepitchstructure.Lateralandcrossbarpitchstructurefeaturesarealsoanalyzedinthischapter.Thethirdchapteranalysesmorphologicalcharacteristics,precisesoundprocessingandcolorfulorchestratoneoftimbrewithsound.Atlast,thespecialcreationideaandtechnicalmethodshavebeeninterpreted,concludedandexpanded.Keywords:SchwantnerAftertonesofinfinityAndthemountainsrisingnowherePitchstructureTimbrewithsoundIV摘要...............................................................................................................................IIIAbstract........................................................................................................................IV目录...........................................................
