中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 湿式多片制动器因工作性能稳定、使用寿命长、制动容量大等优点,越来越 广泛地应用于工程车辆上,随着工程车辆向着日益大型化的方向发展,热过载导 致湿式多片制动器的失效愈发突出。本文以 ZL-50 装载机的湿式多片制动器为研 究蓝本,结合传热学、热弹性力学理论,利用有限单元法完成了其多物理场的耦 合分析,并探讨了破坏机理,力图为今后的制动器设计提供参考。 以固体传热学理论为基础,推导出了相对滑动体之间的瞬态热传导-对流微分 方程。根据湿式多片制动器的实际尺寸,建立了三维瞬态温度场和应力场分析的 有限元模型,并考虑了实际制动工况的各运动和动力参数的变化、对流换热边界 条件等因素。揭示了径向、周向、轴向温度和应力分布规律,认为径向温度梯度 是导致周向应力,进而产生径向疲劳裂纹的主要因素。 在获得初始压力分布规律的基础上,比较了不同摩擦副的温度场和应力场的 分布情况,发现其受初始压力分布的影响很大。将湿式多片制动器两个物理场分 布的影响因素分为结构因素和材料因素,并探讨了不同因素对温度和应力的影响 程度。 针对装载机的典型作业工况,充分考虑了多次、高频率制动的累加效应,建 立了湿式多片制动器 120min 循环制动的散热和应力场二维有限元模型。将多次循 环制动等效简化为持续制动,得到了温度场和应力场变化的总体特征,发现两个 物理场遵循―不均匀增长-等幅增长-随油温等幅变化‖的规律。以某次制动开始时刻 的总体特征分布为初始条件,获得了温度场和应力场的瞬时特征,发现两个物理 场遵循―快速不均匀增长-较慢下降-下一时刻总体分布特征‖的规律。 关键词:湿式多片制动器,热-结构耦合,有限元分析,循环制动 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Wet multi-disc brake is widely used in engineering vehicles because of its stable working performance, long service life, large capacity of brake, etc. Thermal overload is increasingly prominent to cause wet multi-disc brake failure, along with the engineering vehicles developing larger day by day. The study is relying on the wet multi-disc brake of ZL-50 loader. Based on the heat transfer and the thermal elastic mechanics theory, completed the physical field coupling analysis with the finite element method, and discussed its failure mechanism, tried to provide reference for brake designing in the future. Based on the theory of heat conduction in solids, The transient conduction- convection differential equation of two objects with relative sliding was derived.
