世大智博的创业期发展思路研究摘要世大智博(北京)科技有限公司,以下简称世大智博,主要从事IT网络应用软件开发,于2007年笔者独资的创办。后因资金、技术等方面的局限,并且缺乏对公司的整理运营管理,不得以将其转让,但笔者对于世大智博的热爱及对创业的憧憬,并且,希望通过两年多来对MBA学习的整理总结,从第三方的角度对世大智博在创业过程中所存在的问题结合创业管理等方面的理论加以分析,根据世大智博的具体发展状况总结并提出比较适合当前创业初期阶段的战略方针,即此,为有着创业梦理的同仁及笔者的二次创业提供参考和思路,最终,选择世大智博的创业管理方面课题作为笔者研究的对象。首先,从简述创业管理理论方面开始,结合具体的创业理论,针对当时笔者所经手的世大智博的运营实际,对世大智博在创业活动中所涉环节进行分析,应用创业管理方法论,探索并发掘世大智博在创业初期亟待解决的问题。其次,通过创业核心要素的环境模型分析,从世大智博的内、外部创业环境进行分析,世大智博创业初期所面临的问题进行分析探讨,从IT软件行业竞争分析着手发现世大智博的市场机会,确立公司的战略目标和未来方向,构建与创业阶段相符的团队建议、运营策略和文化体系,逐步制定公司在创业初期阶段的经营战略,确定世大智博的初步发展方向。最后,通过五力竞争模型对世大智博的市场机会进行分析,结合当今天科技发展的潮流和市场的发展前景,从面临着的激烈的行业企业内的竞争,以及潜在进入者的威胁等方面的研究分析,提取世大智博自身的优势、弱点、机会和威胁,进而进行SWOT分析比较,切实提出世大智博创业阶段所相符合的生存策略和发展思路。关键词:小微企业,软件公司,创业管理,创业思路THESTRATEGYRESEARCHOFTHECOMPANYNAMEDCIBOOINTHEVENTUREPERIODABSTRACTTheCiboo(Beijing)TechnologyCo.,Ltd.,hereinafter,whichIsimplyname“TheCiboo”,ismainlyengagedinthedevelopmentofITapplicationsininternet.Theauthorfoundeditin2007,butlater,duetothecapital,technologyandotheraspectsofthelimitations,andlackofeffectiveoperationsmanagementofthecompany,finallyIhavetosaleit.Consideringdevotionandentrepreneurshippassiondeeplyinmyheart,IhopethatIcanbymorethantwoyearsofMBAstudyanalyzefullycombinedtheCiboo’sdevelopmentproblemwithentrepreneurialmanagementtheoryintheentrepreneurialprocessfromtheperspectiveofathirdparty,andthenprovidethespecificdevelopmentsummarizeandproposemoresuitablefortheearlystagesoftheentrepreneurialstrategyprinciplestoTheCiboo,therefore,thenextpioneeringcolleaguesandtheauthorhavetheentrepreneurialrationaleprovidedforreferenceandthinking.Ultimately,ItakethedevelopmentthinkingabouttheCiboo’sentrepreneurshipasthethesistopic.Firstofall,baseonthebriefentrepreneurialmanagementtheory,Iwillseriouslyanalyzetheenvironment,includedinsideandoutside,inallaspectsofentrepreneurialactivities,andthenIwillexploreanddiscovertheproblemsintheearlydaysoftheentrepreneurshipprocessesintheCiboo.Secondly,throughtheanalysistheentrepreneurialcoreelementsoftheenvironmentmodel,combinedwiththeproblem
