利率调整对房地产市场的影响分析摘要：房地产业是我国的支柱产业，房地产市场健康快速的发展为我国经济发展和民生建设起到重要作用。目前，我国房地产市场过热，房地产价格持续增高且增长速度较快，但是房地产繁荣背后存在着诸多问题。利率作为经融货币的一个工具，是国家宏观调控经济的方式，本文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上，结合近期中国人民银行的利率调整，探讨利率调整对我国房地产市场买卖双方的影响，以及对房价的影响和房地产投资规模的影响，提供出我国利率调整和房地产市场存在的问题并且提出相应对策。关键词：利率调整；房地产市场；影响；问题；对策Study on the Influence of Interest Rate Change to Real Estate PriceAbstract:Real estate industry is a pillar industry of our country, the real estate market healthy and rapid development of Chinas economic development and peoples livelihood construction play an important role. Interest rates as the financial currency of a tool, is the national macroeconomic regulation and control of economic way, in this paper, on the basis of summarizing the relevant research both at home and abroad, combined with the recent interest rate adjustment of the peoples bank of China, discusses the interest rate adjustment influence on buyers and sellers of the real estate market in China, as well as the impact on house prices and the impact of real estate investment scale, provide the interest rate adjustment and existing problems of the real estate market of our country and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
