AbstractIntheactualexperimentalstudies,estimatesandevaluatetheroleofsomekindoftreatmenteffect,usingrandomizedcontrolledtrials(randomizedcontrolledtrial,RCT)isundoubtedlythebest.RCTisnotonlythegoldstandard,andisthebasisfortheactualteststatisticalanalysis，buttheapplicationoftheRCTisalsosubjecttosomerestrictions,suchasthehighcostofresearchandpracticaldifficulties,andethicsfactorsandisnotapplytotheresearchthathavealongcycle.Non-randomizedstudyhavesomelimitations,suchasistheunbalancednatureofthedistributionofprognosticfactorsbetweengroupsandavarietyofbiasexists,willproducebiasedtreatmenteffectestimates.Statisticalresearchisoftenusedinthemultivariateanalysismodelmatchingmethod,hierarchicalmethodandothermethodstocontrolbias,butmultivariateanalysismodeldoesnotapplytothelowincidenceofoutcome,andconfoundersmanycases;matchingmethodandhierarchicalmethoddoesnotapplytomixedmanyfactors.Propensityscoresisanewmethodofnon-randomizedstudytocontrolbias.Inrecentyears,thepropensityscoremethodforitsresearchstephighdegreeofstandardization,easytounderstandandadvantageshaveattractedmuchattentionofresearchers,andwidelyusedinvariousofnon-randomizedstudyfields,.RubinandRosenbaumproposedthepropensityscoresin1983,itsconceptisgivenasetofcovariatespremise,anyoneofthesubjectsassignedtoatreatmentgrouporcontrolgroupconditionalprobability.Propensityscorecanrepresentmultiplecovariatescombinationoftheresults;itcancontrolthebiasbyadjustingthecovariatebalancebetweenthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.Propensityscoremethodismainlyusedinthetwogroupshasnotbeenextendedtothefieldofmulti-packetdata,packetdataapplications,thereareanumberofkeyissuesyettoberesolved,suchasthechoiceofmatchingcalipersvalue,sensitivitytestandbalanceevaluationmethods.Probitmodel,estimatepropensityscoresthroughthegradualintroductionofruralhouseholdscharacteristicvariables,checkthecultivationoftobaccousersandnon-tobaccoplantinghouseholdstendtoscorebalancedmodelPseudo-R^2valueoptionstomeetbalancerequirementsPseudo-R^2valuecombinationsofvar
