AbstractAmobilemanipulatoriscomposedofamultiDOFserialmanipulatorandamobilecarrier.Comparedtonormalfixedmanipulator,itsworkspaceisgreatlyexpanded.Theexistenceofthedampingsuspensionsystemcanalleviateandweakentheeffectsoftheirregularroadsurfacetothedisplacementandforceofthemechanicalmanipulator.However,theintroductionofmobilecarrierandthedampingsuspensionsystemhasgreatlyincreasedthedifficultyofmanipulatordynamicmodeling.Basedonpreviousresearchresults,asystematicandcomprehensivekinematicanddynamicanalysisof5DOFwheeltypedsuspensionmobilemanipulatoriscarriedout.Themaincontentsofthispaperare:Kinematicsanalysisof5DOFwheeltypedsuspensionmobilemanipulator.Basedontheholonomic,nonholonomicconstraintequationsandthetrajectoryequationsofthemanipulator,theindependentcoordinatevariablesandassociatedcoordinatevariablesofthemanipulatorsystemareseparated,theforwardandinversekinematicsmodelof5DOFwheeltypedsuspensionmobilemanipulatorareestablished.Dynamicsanalysisandnumericalsimulationof5DOFwheeltypedsuspensionmobilemanipulator.Onthebasisofkinematicsmodel,dynamicfactorssuchasthemassmatrix,thegeneralizedforceandthedrivingforceofthemanipulatorsystemareanalyzedanddeduced.ThenthedynamicfactorsareintegratedintotheLagrangeequationtoestablishtheforwardandinversedynamicsmodelofthemanipulatorsystemandthenumericalsimulationismade.Theanalysisofthesimulationresultsverifiesthecorrectnessofthedynamicmodel.Parameterdesignbasedondynamicmodelsimulationresults.Basedontheresultsofthedynamicmodelsimulationofthemanipulatorsystem,theoptimizationanddesignarecarriedout.Startingfromthemomentresults,thedrivingpowerofthemotorsarecalculatedsoastoselecttheappropriatemotor,andthebendingstrengthofeverycomponentischecked.Onthebasisofthedynamicsmodel,withtheminimumenergyconsumptionastheoptimizationobjective,thecomponentlengthastheoptimizationvariables,themanipulatorsystemoptimizationdesigniscarriedout.Keywords:Manipulator,Dampingsuspensionsystem,Mobilecarrier,Kinematic,Dynamic,Optimizationdesign目录第一章绪论..................
