新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 新疆医科大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 乌鲁木齐市汉族健康成人 IGF-1 的血清浓度测定 研究生：崔立全 导师：葛家璞教授/主任医师 摘 要 目的：研究乌鲁木齐市汉族健康成人 21—70 岁年龄段的胰岛素生长因子-1 的血 清浓度水平，并探讨其与年龄、性别、身高、体重、体质指数（BMI）以及腰围的关 系。方法：选取了新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院体检的汉族健康志愿者，除 GH-IGF-1 轴正常外其他垂体前叶激素水平及影像学检查均正常，按年龄分为 5 组（组 1 为 21 —30 岁，组 2 为 31—40 岁，组 3 为 41—50 岁，组 4 为 51—60 岁，组 5 为 61—70 岁），每组男女各为 5 例，共 50 例，由内分泌科医师使用专用测量仪精确测量人体 学相关指标，并记录其一般情况（实际年龄、身高、体重、腰围以及 BMI 等）。50 例 健康志愿者在一夜空腹 10 小时后，于次日清晨安静卧位抽血，用全自动化学免疫发 光法（IMMULITE 2000）测定血清 GH0 以及 IGF-1 浓度。将所测定值对性别、不同年 龄组之间进行统计学比较，并采用 Bivariate Correlation 过程的 Spearman 相关分 析研究血清 IGF-1 与年龄、性别、身高、体重、BMI 以及腰围的关系。结果：⑴按年 龄分组，描述血清 IGF-1 的浓度，随年龄增加其水平呈逐渐下降趋势；不同年龄组 间的血清 GH0 比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。⑵男、女之间血清 IGF-1 无显著 性差异（P0.05）。⑶在相关性分析中，年龄、体重、BMI 以及腰围与血清 IGF-1 呈 显著负相关。结论：初步了解乌鲁木齐市汉族健康成人的不同年龄段、IMMULITE 2000 检测技术的 IGF-1 血清浓度水平。要建立该地区汉族成人群的血清 IGF-1 正常参考 值，还需进一步扩大研究样本。 关键词：血清胰岛素生长因子-1；汉族健康成人；血清浓度； 正常参考值；乌鲁木 齐 Serum insulin-like growth factor-1 determination for Han healthy adults in Urumqi Postgraduate: Cui Liquan Supervisor: Prof.Ge Jiapu Abstract OBJECTIVE: To determine plasma concentration of fasting IGF-1 aged 21 — 70 years for han healthy adults in Urumqi，and analyze the relationship betwee n with age、sex、height、weight、BMI and waist circumference. METHODS：W e recruited 50 volunteers ( race: Han ) who took health examination in XinJiang Uger autonomic people’s hospital, all of whom were confirmed with normal pitu itary hormone and pituitary imaging.
