化工与材料工程学院毕业设计 年产11.5万吨丁二烯的精馏工艺设计 11.5 Million Tons of Butadiene Distillation Process Design 学生学号 学生姓名 专业班级 指导教师 联合指导教师 完成日期 2013.5.16 吉林化工学院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology 摘　　要 丁二烯作为化学工业合成橡胶、树脂、塑料的重要有机化工原料，也是衡量一个国家化学工业水平的标准。为了提高生产能力，丁二烯的装置设计工作是必要的。本设计原理是以裂解的碳四为原料，乙腈为萃取剂以及NaNO2为阻聚剂经过连续的二次的萃取精馏和普通精馏得到纯度为99.5％的粗丁二烯，最后经水洗塔洗除其中的乙腈得到产品丁二烯。设计任务包括脱重塔、脱轻塔结构参数计算，流体力学计算和负荷性能校核；辅助设备包括换热器结构选型、传热系数校核及管壳程压降计算，泵的结构选型、汽蚀余量的校核，设备接管的计算以及绘制施工版的带控制点的管道仪表流程、设备布置平面图及管道布置图。相关设备的设计参考了国家化工设备设计系列标准。 关键词：丁二烯 精馏 设计 Abstract Butadiene is an important organic chemical raw material synthesized for rubber resin and plastic and also measures level standard of chemical industry of a country.To improve the ability of production designing the plant of butadiene is essential.The principle of design that raw material schizolytic carbon four extractant acetonitrile and polymerization inhibitor sodium nitrite are synthesized for purity 99.5 percentage of butadiene by twice extractant distillation and twice common distillation and finnaly remove acetonitrile from butadiene by washing treatment.The task includes calculating structure parameters of heavies and lights removing column fluid mechanics and checking load performance.Auxiliary equipment includes type selection of heat exchanger checking coefficient of heat transfer calculating press drop of shell and tube type selection of pump checking npsh calculating nozzle of plants and drawing pumpline instrument flowchart equipment layout chart and pumpline layout chart of construction edition.The design of related plants refer to series standards of national chemical plant of design.
