AbstractInductionmotor(IM)hasheldanimportantpositioninthenationalproductfieldduetoitssimplestructure,lowcost,reliableworkingandadaptable.Withthedevelopmentoftechnology,theappearanceofmoreandmorehighprecisiontransmissionoccasionsdemandhighperformanceofIMdrives.Speedsensorlessvectorcontrol(SLVC)hasbecomearesearchfocusforscholarswiththeadvantagesofhighperformance,norotatingmechanismsensorandhighreliability.SofurtherstudyingSLVC,andimprovingitsdynamicandstaticcharacteristicswillhavemajorimplicationsfortheuseofIMdriveinhighprecisionoccasions.ForhighperformanceSLVCsystem,combinedwithchattering-freehighorderterminalcontrol,controlandobservealgorithmisstudiedinthispaper.Thepracticalresearchcontentisasfollows:OnthebasisoftheanalysisofIMmathematicalmodel,adoubleclosedloopvectorcontrolalgorithmisdesigned.Thesimulationresultsverifythecorrectnessofthedesignedalgorithm.ThentheIMcontrolsystemexperimentalplatformisbuilt,withDSPTMS320LF2812ascontrolcore.Afterfinishingtheplanofmaincircuitandprogram,preliminaryexperimentsareconducted,andtheexperimentsresultanalysesarecarriedout.Basedonproposedchattering-freehighorderterminalslidingmodecontrol,thespeedandcurrentcontrolleraredesignedrespectivelyundertwo-phasesynchronousrotatingcoordinatesystem.Lyapunovstabilitytheoremisusedtoproveitsstabilitystrictly.ThesimulationresultsshowtheproposedmethodcanimprovethecontrolaccuracyandrobustnessofIMdualclosed-loopvectorcontrol.Torealizetheinductionmotorrotorfluxobservation,intwophasestaticframe,arotorfluxobservationwithchattering-freehighorderterminalslidingmodecontrolmethodisproposed.Theproblemofunabletoconvergencewithinfinitetimeandchatteringareeliminatedwiththeproposedmethod.Thesimulationresultsshowthattheaccuraterotorfluxisobtainedwiththedesignobservation.TorealizetheSLVCalgorithm,astatorcurrentobserverisdevised,andthechattering-freehighorderterminalslidingmodecontrolisusedtomakethecurrenterrorconvergeinfinitetimewithoutchattering.Thenafluxandspeedobserverisplanedtoobservethefluxandspeed,andthesi
