AbstractThecurrentourcountryhasenteredtheagingsociety,theagingdegreeofpartialcitybeyondEuropeandtheUnitedStates,inthesilverhairtidehits,ononehand,hundredsofmillionsoftheelderlyhealthcaredemand,ontheonehand,isChinasmedicalinstitutionsandmedicalandhealthservicesforallachievedgreatdevelopment,butmedicalresourcesdistributionisnotbalanced,leadtothedevelopmentoftheelderlyhealthbuildinginChinaisstillfarbehindthehugedemandoftheelderly.Medicalinstitutionstohealthewoundedandrescuethedyinginacutestageismoreperfect,andthesubsequentmedicalsystemhasnotbeenestablishedcompletesystem.Withthedevelopmentofsocial,economic,medicaltechnology,themedicalneedsofelderlypeoplehasnotmettheilltreatmentofbasic,moreistoimprovethequalityoflifeoftheelderly,andtocontinuetoplaytheheat,therehabilitationmedicalbuildingchallenge.Studyonrehabilitationmedicalbuildinglackofourcountry,sothispapertoourcityrehabilitationmedicalarchitectureastheresearchobject,usingliteraturetextualcriticism,comparativeclassification,fieldresearchmethod,comparisonbetweenthepresentsituationofrehabilitationmedicalbuildingathomeandabroad,thesuitableforChinaselderlyrehabilitationmedicalbuildingtypes,andthiskindofbuildingthedesignmethod.Firstofall,studyofgeriatricrehabilitationmechanismofagingintheUnitedStatesofAmerica,Europeancountries,Japanastherepresentativeofthe.Byliteratureanddesigncaseasthebasicresearchdata,analysisofthecharacteristicsofdevelopmentprocess,itsmechanismtypecharacteristicsandmedicalsystem,andsummarizesthegeneraltrendofdevelopmentofthedevelopedcountries,drawontheadvancedexperienceofsomeearlierthanourcountryenteredagingcountry,putforwardsomesuggestionsandresearchdirectionsofrehabilitationmedicalbuildingsuitableforChinasnationalconditions.Secondly,todiscussthepresentsituationofChinaselderlyrehabilitationmechanism,patternanddistributionmechanismandclassificationofrehabilitation,rehabilitationmechanism,andfindtheexistingproblemsintheconstructionanddevelopmentinChina,basedonthedevelopmenttrendofthegeriatricrehabilitati
