陶瓷复合装甲脱粘机理和抗多发打击分析-analysis on debonding mechanism and multiple attack resistance of ceramic composite armor

摘要鉴于轻型装甲车辆防穿甲子弹和高速破片多发打击的实战要求,本文基于弹道试验,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了陶瓷/铝合金复合装甲抗7.62mm穿甲子弹单发和多发打击机理和性能,深入分析了脱粘机制和粘结层效应。本文主要工作和创新性成果如下:(1)分别采用不建粘结层和建粘结层方法对陶瓷/铝合金复合靶板抗单发打击弹道试验进行了数值模拟,阐述了相关数值模拟技术,提出了金属材料硬化模型失效应变的合理取值方法。模拟结果与试验的比较表明:两种方法在极限速度、背板变形等方面均与试验吻合较好;在陶瓷板脱粘数量上,不建粘结层的模拟结果与试验差别很大,而建粘结层的模拟结果与试验一致;单发打击的数值模拟可不建粘结层以提高计算效率,而多发打击的模拟应采用建粘结层的方法。(2)比较分析了陶瓷/铝合金粘结界面的应力失效准则和粘结层材料应变失效准则,深入研究了陶瓷/铝合金复合靶板陶瓷面板的脱粘机理。结果表明:粘结失效应采用粘结层材料应变失效准则;脱粘机制为:铝合金背板受冲击作用发生局部弯曲大变形,导致粘结层拉伸破坏,陶瓷板脱粘。(3)提出了多发打击数值模拟的“几何间隔法”,论证了其可行性和合理性。多发打击的数值模拟算例表明:所提出的方法不仅有效地反映了多发子弹先后打击的时间间隔,而且保证了计算过程中靶板响应和损伤计算的连续性,较好地体现了靶板损伤对靶板抗多发打击性能的影响。(4)研究了陶瓷/铝合金复合靶板抗多发打击的粘结层厚度效应。结果表明:影响抗多发打击性能的主要因素包括单发打击下陶瓷面板的脱粘、粘结层和铝合金背板的塑性变形,粘结层和铝合金背板的塑性变形减小了背板对陶瓷面板的支撑作用;陶瓷/铝合金复合装甲抗不超过和超过3发穿甲弹垂直打击时,聚氨酯粘结层的较优厚度分别为0.4mm和0.6mm。主题词:复合装甲,数值模拟,粘结层,脱粘机理,多发打击,厚度效应AbstractThelightarmouredvehicleshavetomeettothedemandsagainstmulti-hitbyarmour-piercingprojectiles(APP)andhighspeedfragmentsinthebattle.Basedontheballisticexperiments,theprotectioncapabilityofceramic/aluminiumcompositearmorsagainst7.62mmAPPsingleandmulti-hitwereinvestigatedbynumericalsimulation.Themaincontentsandinnovativeworkinclude:(1)Theballisticexperimentsofceramic/aluminiumcompositearmorsagainstsinglehitweresimulatedbythemethod,withoutsettinganadhesivelayerandwithsettingadhesivelayers,therelatedtheorywasexpoundedandamethodofreasonabledereferencingforfailurestrainofthemetalmaterialshardeningmodelwassetup.Bycomparingthenumericalresultswiththeexperiments,theresultsshowthatthenumericalresultsbyusingthetwomethodswerewellagreementwithexperimentsonthelimitvelocity,thedeformationofthealuminiumbacklayersandetc.However,inthenumberofdebondingceramics,themethodswithoutsettinganadhesivelayerwasextremelydifferentwithexperiments,andthemethodswithsettingadhesivelayerswerecompleteagreementwithexperiment.Themethodwithoutsettinganadhesivelayermaybeemployedtostudysinglehitbutthemethodwithsettingadhesivelayersshouldbeadpotedtosimulatemulti-hit.(2)Theceramic/aluminiumdebondingcontactstressfailurecriterionandtheadhesivelayers
